Etwas Abseits des "Hotelviertels" von Las Palmas. Trotzdem herrscht Abends draußen noch etwas Leben, was man auch hört. Die Wände sind eher dünn, wodurch ich die nächtlichen "Aktivitäten" der Nachbarn hörte. Also nichts für jene, die es komplett ruhig haben wollen. Zimmer dafür sehr groß; die Küche eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Bad OK. Keine Klimaanlage. Supermarkt und nettes Restaurant "20conmigo" in direkter Nähe.

El Aparta hotel está genial, todo impecable, muy bien ubicado, acceso a supermecardos y farmacias muy cerca y la atencion muy buena

Très bien situé pour rayonner dans la ville. Près station bus. Bon rapport qualité prix. Literie un peu dure pour moi.

La comodidad del check in la atención la. Limpieza todo en general lo recomiendo a otras personas.

Lo mejor es la atención por parte del personal, te resuelven todo rápidamente. Lo único que añadiría, es que pondría separadores para la basura.

Lo más que me gustó fue la limpieza, lo menos es que concretamente en ese hotel no tienen ascensores. Sin embargo los otros cercanos de la misma empresa si disponen de ascensores. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días

I was surprise to see that the hotel was great and above our expectations. Also, service was very good, everyone very calm and nice. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. Good experience.

L'appartamento era veramente poco confortevole, con bagno e cucina uno accanto all'altro SENZA FINESTRA. L'unica finestra del micro appartamento aveva solo le tende per la notte...DI GIORNO ERAVAMO SOTTO GLI OCCHI DEI DIRIMPETTAI. PARCHEGGIO IN ZONA INTROVABILE, zona MOLTO TRAFFICATA

Ya lo conocíamos, la zona muy cómoda, al lado de todo. Hola l apartamento muy limpio, la cama cómoda, atención inmejorable.

The hotel Las Palmas Urban Center is fine. We stayed in the Family Suite, that was definitely comfortable for 3 adults. The room was clean and the folks at the reception area we’re very friendly. There were only two drawbacks that I can write about. 1) The hotel’s reception area and rooms start on the third floor of this building and there is no elevator. Therefore, one must carry the luggage up the stairs, which is an issue if you have back problems. Second of all, there is a restaurant underneath the hotel and across to street from the hotel. If you’re staying there over a weekend, it does get little loud. Having earplugs did help drown out the noise level. Besides that, everything was fine.

Todo muy limpio y silencioso. No le falta de nada a la habitación. Tiene de todo. Sin duda repetiremos porque merece la pena.
