The day before the stay, I was told there was an issue with their system and my booking did not go through, even though payment was done. They were supposed to refund the money but never did, we have a whole email chain discussing what happened, and right at the end they said they'll give the refund, and then nothing. I've waited for over 8 weeks, and sent follow up emails to them that were ignored. Completely unprofessional and frankly sad service.
