Le falta mejor servicio al cliente y con ello trato en restaurantes etc

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing, everyone in all areas that works on site very nice

The resort was spotless and the staff were always pleasant and willing to help with anything you needed. The food at the buffet as well as the restaurants was great. Rossi at the casino bar was amazingly nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were friendly and the property was surprisingly nice considering the lower price point. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip.

Besutiful

The beach and area around the hotel is gorgeous. Manglar next door was amazing for dinner but the Mexican in the hotel and pool food was perfect! Casino is pretty and quaint, u can walk to Jaco town but transportation is so easy! Clean room nice people. Enjoyed it

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Indera was exceptional with her knowledge of the different excursions. She was most helpful. Thanks to all of them for a great vacation.

El hotel es muy lindo ! Solo que me gustaría en otra oportunidad que el desayuno esté incluido y que no me hospeden en habitación con puerta que comunique con otras habitaciones ya que son muy ruidosas
