The room is clean, CR is clean, the room has microwave, fridge, safe deposit box, ample amount of drawers, kettle, separate sink aside the ones in the CR. Staff were so friendly and always greet you and the breakfast was great, it changes everyday. Highly recommended and will definitely book there again.

Barado ang lababo, mahina ang aircon, mahina din ang shower mas malakas pa ang bidet.

They need to address a big problem on their sewerage system. Very unpleasant smell is coming out of the sink and bathroom pipes.

Rooms are small but clean, breakfast is adequate, location of hotel is very good.

no outlet. kailangan gumapang kapa ilalim sa misa. wlang outlet malapit sa misa..wlang outlet malapit sa heater..gapang kpa ilalim sa misa..lahat hotel na puntahan q yun lang wlang outlet..kailngan bigyan extension wire..yun lang maganda ang room..yan lang negative masabi ko..other than that very good na.

located across sm city iloilo. our room was at 7th floor and we were so satisfied with our room. it was clean, has sink, mini ref, microwave, big TV with a nice view of the city. downside is that the heater was not working properly. there's a swimming pool, indoor only but not infinity. had our breakfast at 21st floor and one of the best breakfast buffet in iloilo. a lot of transportation choices outside of the hotel so no worries. the best part is that we got almost 80% off on their published rate thanks to traveloka! 😊

bad this time some staff are insensitive

I like the place super love it Ganda ng view and complete sila with toothbrush and other kits but the heater is not functioning. I like the breakfast buffet but during that time medyo napanis ata ung carbonara but I love their pancakes ❤️ Overall worth it yong money mo and the location sa tapat lang ng Sm City

The room is nice and clean. An awesome place to relax. The staff are accomodating. I just had a problem with their food during breakfast. plus the bananas that they served had alot of danages. They shouldn't have served that.

Its my first time to stay in this hotel. Major points: location is very convenient and accessible. Its in front of SM city, so there are a lot of dining and shopping options. The room is clean and comfortable though a bit small. The elevator is a bit slow and warm. The breakfast buffet is substantial, although the food choices could be improved. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall stay was great and will book again.
