写真に騙されないでください。現実はひどいです。家具は古く、ベッドは壊れていて、埃っぽく、トイレは詰まっています。

ホテルの場所は簡単に見つかります。 駐車しやすいスペース 顧客に優しい 可能であれば、朝食付きの宿泊パッケージを手配してください（伝統的なパハン料理を取り入れることをお勧めします）

良いホテルで、週末に近く、食事も簡単に見つかります。

チェックイン手続き、清潔さ、スタッフの親切さ、部屋の快適さは素晴らしかったです！

Kaki tangan mesra dan sangat membantu

This should have been a very atas and luxury hotel 5 yrs ago, now everything is aged and not changed. Smelly room, stains and old bedsheets used, broken plugs, not functioning remotes, broken furniture, room also not properly cleaned as I can see dusk and spiders 🕸 at corner and below bed area.

Afterall was pleasant to stay here with helpful receptionist.

Sungguh pelayanan yang tidak baik, reception laki-laki yang berjenggot tidak mempunyai tutur bahasa sopan dan bagus, tidak melayani pertanyaan customer dengan sepenuh hati dan tidak berusaha berbahasa dengan baik dan benar. Sungguh mengecewakan menginap di sini.

Not a good stay experience. But the hotel lobby looks nice and clean. Hotel service is also good.

Comfortable and the room very clean & beautiful.

1St we get a room which the aircon is malfunction and the room is dusty. We told the front-desk and they provide us another room which the aircon is good, but the bed after sleep for 1 night it feel like sank.

Para perkerja kurang sopan repsionis tak ada adam kurang sopan pelayan tak senyum kurang ramah tukang bangla buat kerja tak ada bersih asal buat kerja sja perkarangan lingkungan dan dalam kotor

I have stayed a few times in this hotel, the last I stayed was in room 205.1. Water hot water shower. 2. The pillow has smell, I had to cover it with my t-shirt (old-stench smell) 3. Reception counter friendly. 4. Check-in & check-out process was smooth. 5. Location is ideal-got Chinese restaurant next to the hotel & its closeby town area. 6. Cleanliness is average.

Name of the honeymoon suite but it is not as decribed. Matress terrible. Not sure how long it has been used. You can see furniture broken and not repaired. Comforter got stain. Really something that you don't want to see. Very noisy from the road. Fortunate only stay for 1 night.

The wifi was rubbish. On my first day I arrive at the counter, I already ask for wifi as I need to use fast wifi for working purpose. A lady at counter mention wifi was ok. After try in my room wifi was not OK. Ask again a guy at counter later that night. He admit that wifi was not ok. Should tell earlier and must have a good wifi.

Bilik yang sangat selesa, susun atur yang sangat cantik, staff yang sangat membantu. Akan datang lagi ke Arenaa Batik Boutique. Cuma yang perlu diperbaiki, dari segi parking. Parking di sini agak payah. Itu sahaja. Overall sangat memuaskan
