かなり早めに到着したのですが、早めにチェックインさせていただきました。 レセプションでホテル周辺の簡単な地図がもらえます（詳しい地図はホテル近くのツーリストインフォメーションセンターにあります）。 私は英語もスペイン語もカタコト以下なのですが、レセプショニストの方はとても感じが良く親切・丁寧に何度説明してくださり不安なく利用できました。 部屋は広々として窮屈さを全く感じません。 室内に設置されたジェットバスでゆったりと旅の疲れを癒し、窓から見える歴史的街並みを堪能しました。 併設されたキッチンには食器、鍋、包丁などはないのですがサンドイッチ程度なら作れる感じです。 歩いて10分程度のところに Super Dino があるので、そこで水や食料を買うのも良いでしょう。 帰りのノルテ空港までは、ホテル正面のアデランタド広場右側のタクシープールからタクシーで10分弱でした。

Accueil très agréable avec un verre de bienvenue. Personnel compétent et sympathique. Hôtel géographiquement très bien placé. Chambre spacieuse quoiqu’un peu vieillissante. Petit déjeuner copieux, très varié avec des produits locaux frais.

trato agradable, pero la habitacion tenia puerta compartida y no me dejaron dormir los vecinos de al lado. No es culpa de ellos, pero algun detalle podrian haber tenido.

Appreciated the accommodating staff and room upgrade. Only downside was ants in the bathtub which the cleaning staff took care of immediately.

We had an early morning international flight & arranged with the hotel via hotels.com for a”picnic breakfast”. The hotel confirmed in writing that they would have something prepared. It is for this reason that we didnt arrive with food when we checked in at 10pm the night before our departure. The attendant said that they had nothing for us, the kitchen was closed and was moderately apologetic and offered up no options despite having (2) kitchens open for dinner. The dinner we had was lackluster avd overpriced. Do not recommend staying here. The atmosphere and tone is sterile, it does not convey wellness/soa vibes at all.

Nice hotel, good style! Room was comfortable, clean, and furnished with good taste. Excellent location in the historic town center of La Laguna. Nothing to complain about!

Reserva de habitación suite,precio desorbitado por el tipo de habitación, en ep baño solo había un dispensador de gel, ni champú, ni acondicionador, ni body milk. Edificio antiguo, bien situado, pero las habitaciones merecen una reforma para poder llamarlas suite. Desayuno muy simple. El precio de la reserva no esta a la altura.

Hôtel situé plein centre , pratique pour visiter la ville et à 7km de l’aéroport nord . Ville compliquée pour trouver une place de parking , cependant un grand parking à 7.50€ juste à coté . Petit déjeuners très copieux et variés repas du soir très bons , choix restreint sur la carte de 2 plats le 2eme soir alors que la veille nous avions une carte avec 4 choix .Personnel très sympathique, notre avion était avant 7h du matin , nous avons eu la possibilité de prendre un café et un sac picnic très bien fourni à emporter . Très bon rapport qualité prix.
