かなり早めに到着したのですが、早めにチェックインさせていただきました。 レセプションでホテル周辺の簡単な地図がもらえます（詳しい地図はホテル近くのツーリストインフォメーションセンターにあります）。 私は英語もスペイン語もカタコト以下なのですが、レセプショニストの方はとても感じが良く親切・丁寧に何度説明してくださり不安なく利用できました。 部屋は広々として窮屈さを全く感じません。 室内に設置されたジェットバスでゆったりと旅の疲れを癒し、窓から見える歴史的街並みを堪能しました。 併設されたキッチンには食器、鍋、包丁などはないのですがサンドイッチ程度なら作れる感じです。 歩いて10分程度のところに Super Dino があるので、そこで水や食料を買うのも良いでしょう。 帰りのノルテ空港までは、ホテル正面のアデランタド広場右側のタクシープールからタクシーで10分弱でした。

Spacious room.

Hôtel situé plein centre , pratique pour visiter la ville et à 7km de l’aéroport nord . Ville compliquée pour trouver une place de parking , cependant un grand parking à 7.50€ juste à coté . Petit déjeuners très copieux et variés repas du soir très bons , choix restreint sur la carte de 2 plats le 2eme soir alors que la veille nous avions une carte avec 4 choix .Personnel très sympathique, notre avion était avant 7h du matin , nous avons eu la possibilité de prendre un café et un sac picnic très bien fourni à emporter . Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Good hotel, restaurant not as same level

Wonderful staff on reception, lovely rooms, all staff we met were polite and helpful. Wonderful stay, would definitely come again.

El hotel esta muy bien, pero son dos edificios y es algo incomodo cuando tu habitación no mesta en el mismo que la recepción, sobre todo si vas cargado de maletas, por lo demás todo bien

Not worth the $300 a night price tag. Felt a little dated, like 80s 90s, had a kitchenette with no pots pan, silverware, etc., bed was comfortable, though, and nice linens and sheets and a very large junior suite. Beware: the north is cold and rainy, so if you're looking for sun stay to the south of Tenerife.

A fantastic 10 night stay at the hotel, & lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade too! Can’t fault the Nivaria Spa Hotel!

Das ist ein tolles Hotel am Rand einer wunderschönen alten Stadt. Der Platz mit den wunderschönen alten Bäumen ist neben dem Hotel ist einzigartig. Die Appartments haben einen eigen gediegenen Stil. Das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Check in difficile : on ne retrouvait plus notre reservation. Chambre grande et confortable. Grand choix au petit dejeuner mais intoxication alimentaire qui gache la suite des vacances. Parking public payant à 2 pas de l'hôtel, très pratique et ensuite on peut visiter le centre à pied

One night stay to be near Tenerife north airport. An historic hotel and location, full of old world charm which made a pleasant change from the many resort complex style hotels on the island.

Perfect location, quiet, staff extremely helpful .. would come back again !
