チェックインの対応が悪かった。 部屋の温度の設定もかなり低く寒すぎる。

宿泊だけだったのですが、部屋のアメニティは充実していたので、快適に過ごせた。フロントまで階段であがるので、荷物運びは少し大変。

二日に一度清掃も入り、ベッド数など部屋のリクエストにも答えていただけました！ 地下には簡単なデリ（お水や、パン、調子などが買える）があり、宿泊すると駐車場もタダで止められるので、大変重宝しました。 値段などを考慮すると、とても快適でリーズナブルだと思います。

ミニキッチンが付いていて、便利。ホテル内のミニスーパーも水着ショップもリーズナブル。立地的にレンタカーした方が移動は便利だが、ビーチとプールでのんびりするには十分。 スタッフの対応も良い。

日本人の方の評価が良かったので、泊まりましたが普通のアパートの一部をホテルとして貸し出しているタイプの部屋でした。眺めは最高ですが、お隣がうるさくて寝れなかったです。壁がかなり薄い古い部屋でした。

このコンドミニアムは何室かをNEW POINT OF MIAMI が所有しているので、アパート名はこの名前ではないので注意してください。25mプールとプライベートビーチがついています。近くにpublx、同アパート内にもコンビニ、レストランがあります。車があれば立地的には便利です。車で5ー10分圏内にレストランやショッピングスポットがたくさんあります。

Very close to the beach. The unit is old, not a good place, honest review. You get the price you pay, but really they need to improve the place. The beach is so close though, that's the only good thing about the place.

En general mi estadía fue buena. Lo que más destaco es la vista de la habitación, realmente lo mejor de todo. Como punto a mejorar, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, por lo que no hay circulación de aire. La ubicación, es excelente, con acceso muy fácil a la playa. El gimnasio está completo y bien equipado. El área de la piscina no me resultó muy confortable: suele haber bastante ruido y las reposeras no son cómodas. El lobby algo antiguo y, debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes, hay bastante control: se utiliza una pulsera todo el día para poder acceder a la piscina u otras áreas del hotel. En resumen, buena ubicación y vista, pero con detalles que podrían mejorar para una mejor experiencia .

It a pretty old property and the room was upgraded but poorly.

There is zero customer service. Check-in took an hour with one non English speaking working as the only employee seemingly in the whole place. Asked for a spare blanket and was told to contact who we booked with… zero stars the location is the only plus

excelente hospedaje

First the valet parking overcrowded and messy due to lack of coordination. Later we knew that the building is managed by two different companies. Common areas are dirty and poorly designed. Rooms are the worst . Pictures in Expedia does not reflect the reality. They should be honest about what they are offering .

My husband and I stayed one night here. Pulling in was kinda crazy we waited 45mins to get to the front to the valet. When you first walk in it very pretty. The check in was kinda crazy it tells you go to the left to check in with the office in front of the elevators. But when we went to that office, they told us that we had to do the main check-in then we had to go to them. After we do that, we finally got up to the room. The room was outdated and needs some repairs and smelt like they just poured fabuloso all over the place it was very strong. The view was absolutely fantastic and the pool was large and very clean. The WiFi wouldn’t work and tv would go in out a lot. I have a lot of mixed emotions about the stay.

It is an old building needs to be updated.

The pool was closed the whole time whixh really sucked.. no where to get coffee early in the morning except from a machine.
