ここに何度も宿泊していますが、今回は本当にがっかりしました。特に今回は母と子供を任務旅行に連れて行ったからです。大きなベッド 1 台を予約しましたが、シングル ベッド 2 台が提供されました。チェックインが遅かったからかもしれませんが、部屋は広くありませんでした。受付係は全員プロ意識が低く、笑顔も挨拶もまったくありませんでした。遅い夕食後、部屋に戻ると、写真のようにバスルームの天井が水漏れしているのに気づき、オペレーターに電話して苦情を申し立てようとしましたが、部屋を変更してもらえるとのことでした。しかし、メンテナンス担当者は、エアコンが故障しているから直そうとしているから大丈夫だと言いました。その後は、彼が本当に直して謝罪し、ルームサービスに午後 11 時まで掃除を頼んだので、私には何も言うことがありません。任務後 2 日目の夜、ホテルに戻りましたが、また同じことが起こりました。今回はフロントに電話して部屋の変更を依頼し、ただ「わかりました」と言われるだけで、謝罪もされず、本当にひどいサービスでした。朝食も良くありませんでした。

The room so small, and soo dark. Paid Rm 290, but the breakfast only for one person. The services and facilities not suitable with the price. I will not repeat to stay in this hotel.

When I enter the room, the room itself was spacious and neat. As I was staying at the 11th floor, the view was very nice. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful as well. Overall I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
