朝食が美味しかったです。部屋は少し狭かったです 部屋でスーツケースを空けるようなことがあれば厳しいかも

写真を見ていて、面白そうなホテルだと思い、滞在することにした。中心街から少し離れているが、最寄りのトラムの駅からは近く、また静かな場所に立地しているため、ロケーションは良かった。本棚の裏にある部屋に滞在したが、とても暑い日だったにもかかわらず、そこにはエアコンや冷蔵庫がなかったため、辛い思いをすると思ったが、親切なスタッフが扇風機を貸してくれたり、スタッフ用の冷蔵庫に飲み物を入れてくれたりした。また２泊目には飲料水を提供してくれた。とても快適に過ごせた。 いくつかの部屋にはプライベートバスルームが付いているが、電気がセンサー式のため、シャワーを浴びていると電気が消えてしまうことがあるため、注意が必要である。

部屋は思っていた通り狭く、ベッドしかありませんでした。部屋によるみたいです。 けれど共同スペースがスタイリッシュで快適でした。おしゃれなカフェのような感じです。 トイレやシャワーはとても綺麗で清潔で満足です。 タオル以外の物は何もないので、シャンプーとか、石鹸とか持っていく必要があります。 毎日シーツを替えてくれていたようでした！嬉しかった。

Very clean fresh white sheets very comfy bed, Lovely warm room , good plentiful breakfast Very freindly staff , the room was just as described ( Library ) with a large arched window, close to tram stop and fabulous patisseri

Hotel Not Hotel is a truly unique and refreshing experience in Amsterdam. The entire concept is delightfully quirky, making the stay an adventure in itself. Beyond the fun design, the staff were absolutely fabulous—incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It’s also fantastic value for money, offering a great price for a one-of-a-kind stay with exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Checked in late to find my mattress was not only filthy with large stains & loose hairs, but smaller stains consistent with the presence of bedbugs. I took a photo of this horror show of a mattress & showed the late night staff, saying I did not want to sleep in that bed. They told me they wouldn't want to sleep in it either & that there were no other rooms available. They told me I should speak to the manager when he arrives in the morning about a refund. As it was late & I didn't want to walk around all night, I tried to sleep on the floor to avoid the bed & possible bugs. The floor was hard, the room was freezing and I couldn't stop worrying about bringing bedbugs home so I slept for about 20 minutes. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that their rule is only to issue a refund if I have any bites; the fact that they have a bedbug refund rule indicates to me that this is a regular issue. Another hotel guest noted that many recent reviews mention bedbugs; the manager said "you should always read the reviews before booking". How's about just not having bedbugs at your hotel so I don't need to read all the reviews to know to avoid it? Also lots of leaks from pipes in the common area. Despite all of the bedbug reviews elsewhere, somehow there are none on this site so let me be the one to tell you if you are reading this - take the manager's own advice, go read the other reviews and DO NOT book this hotel. It looks cool & would be fun if it was clean, but sadly it is NOT.

La atención del personal fue buena pero no excelente, lo que nos hace poner esta calificación fue que despertamos con piquetes de chinches lo cua nos enoja bastante debido a que como es posible que tengan tan poco atención en eso, no se queden aquí

Buena atención soporte en todo momento. Las escaleras al segundo piso son un poco pequeñas y peligros para bajar pero cuestión de tener cuidado.

Hotel limpo estrutura legal ótima localização, fiquei em um quarto privativo tinha cama banheiro e pia OK porém era muito pequeno o espaço , até para andar e nenhuma prateleira, é uma boa opção pra quem vai somente para dormir e não leva muitas coisas pois é horrível mexer em qualquer mala ou mochila dentro do quarto pela falta de espaço.
