Train your front desk staff to be more accommodating & friendly to your clients. She might understand her position or doesn’t know the function as a front liner. In fairness I like your hotel & most of the staff only this small girl doesn’t know how to deal with guest & doesn’t even know to smile, no hospitality. I supposed to extend my stay but rather transfer to other place than seeing her everyday with that face & attitude.

Besides for the cockroach, everything was fine 😊

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The fridge inside our room has small bugs. It may not have been opened a lot, but it should be checked by the staff for cleaning. We rather buy our drinks outside the hotel. My mother have already called their attention regarding such matter and have the room cleaned again, but to our despair when we opened the same fridge, insects are still crawling their way out of the door.

What we see on advertisement is what we get (exact room) which is very good. Food is nice. Staff were very approachable and helpful. Will consider again staying on this hotel next time.

Air conditioning needs more improvement to make the room colder.

We've been here for 1 night stay only. The room is small. Double size bed. Comfy sheets! They have enough space for couples, cabinet area and luggage stand and a small mirrored table area where you can blow your hair dry. The room has a balanced feature amenities like TV, Safe deposit machine and even a mini fridge. How cool is that?right?! Wifi? No problem. Fast enough. Bathroom shower and toilet sink is in good shape and temperature. Free Breakfast is also fine. They served Hot choco, coffee or tea. Staffs are also welcoming and professional. Fast check in and out. The only thing I hate was the super duper dusty car park. Salute Vieve Hotel Mabini
