Rooms a little outdated. Breakfast packs disappointing. Extra blanket not cleaned. Room service did not wipe down breakfast table.

Restaurant was not open - which was the main reason we picked this motel. Signage for a gym is false as is it under construction. Taps in bathroom leaked. Unclear parking caused confusion for some guests. Not good value, and we would not stay here again.

Good size room. More attention to detail needed. - no hand towel, mismatching mugs and glasses.

The two negatives- the restaurant which motivated our booking was closed both nights we were there and the information was out of date. But the service was good, help with operating tv . Comfortable room and close by car to central Cbd.

A property with an old world elegance. Checkin was exceptionally easy. We found we were upgraded to a spa room which was more spacious than expected. We ended up with a 2 bathroom suite with a sitting room. Bed was comfy and the bedroom cosy on a cold night outside. Little things needed maintenance - a dripping tap, one TV didnt operate, nor did one air conditioner, but when you have 2 of each what does it matter? We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the staff.

Shower head requires replacing in room 18. Very hard to adjust temperature either freezing cold or too hot. Rooms need a refurb looking a bit sad. Comfortable stay for a good price.

On arrival found food in fridge from previous occupants. Bottles of water $3each. TV Stopped working half way through footy. AC filters were disgusting. Never cleaned

When you book a king deluxe room and get a queen bed. Not a good way to start. But the restaurant was good with great food.

Cotswold has old world charm & plenty of character. The manager & staff are very hospitable & accommodating. It is walking distance to the local shops with a bakery (serves great coffee & breakfast treats) & laundromat within 3 mins walk.

Overall mediocre. There were crickets on the carpet that were a bit offputting. Office sign said open, but door locked on Sunday when we were leaving, so no opportunity to discuss issues. Others also wanting to enter office.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your staff. Restaurant on site is exceptional. Must try the lemon tartlets for dessert 😊
