ホテルスタッフが親切。部屋はモダーンだがややチープ。値段に見合っていない。

ホテルは清潔、スタッフの対応も良く、朝食のラインナップもとてもよかったです。ランドリーサービスを頼んだら即対応してくれました。室内備え付けのコーヒーマシンがうまく動かなかったのが残念です。

ディオクレティアヌス宮殿のすぐ外側にあり観光にもショッピングにも、さらにはドゥブロヴニクとの間の高速艇乗り場も徒歩10分程度ととても便利だった。部屋からも旧市街が見えて楽しかったが、さらにループトップバーからの眺望はとても素晴らしかった。スタッフの方々も親切でとても快適に過ごせた。 難点をしいて挙げると、ツインベッドのサイズが日本のこのクラスのホテルにあるサイズからすると小さめで寝相の悪い私は落ちないかと若干ヒヤヒヤした。

近所で水道管の工事があり午前中水回りを使うことが出来ずとても不便でした。それに対するホテル側からの対応に誠実さを感じませんでした。

Best hotel during our one week travel in Croatia. Facility well maintained. Service was professional. Even breakfast included was like a small course! One more thing we would like to mention is this hotel was also dog friendly. necessary things are prepared. staffs were all cordial to our dog. This made us happier.

オールドタウンの側にあり観光するのに便利なロケーションでした 部屋は天井が高くバスルームも広くとても綺麗でした 部屋からの景色も良く、ルーフトップバーからのパノラマは更に素晴らしかったです。 ジャグジーに入りながらの乾杯🥂 そして鐘楼から鐘の音が響いた時は至福の時間でした スタッフ皆さん優しい対応でした　☺︎♡ また泊まりたいです

Excellent service and location

Great breakfast buffet and such nice and pleasant staff members. Clean hotel rooms. Nice water pressure in the rainfall shower. Loved our stay. I thought it was a good location as well. We didn’t have to take any Ubers or taxis to do the things we wanted to do. Location right in docletians palace , many many places to eat and shop. Great stay!!!

I’m celiac and there were several options for breakfast, the staff went out of their way to give me all kinds of choices.

Excellent hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a wide range to choose from, the only criticism is that the hot breakfast options were not that hot.

La habitación es muy limpia y suficientemente amplia. El hotel está situado en una posición privilegiada ya que se puede llegar en carro además de poder salir a la parte peatonal por la puerta de atrás del hotel. el desayuno ofrece muchas opciones distintas, ricas y con una muy buena variedad de panes, frutas, postres además de que incluyen platillos a la carta. Pero lo mejor es el servicio, la atención de Adriana fue de 10.

Great location, spacious rooms, highly attentive, exceptional staff

This is by far the most beautiful hotel in which we’ve stayed. The room was immaculate and huge, the staff was kind and friendly, the breakfast was 10/10, and it’s in the heart of Split. The gym has an excellent weigh selection and was spotless, and our masseuse was amazing. Would love to come back!!

The hotel is conveniently located and it has a great breakfast selection. The rooftop bar provides a nice view to the city. It is super location for those needing access to the town without car.

Great hotel and very good staff.

When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.
