A place to sleep. Clean comfortable bed, beautiful natural area by a lake.

Vores hytte lå over 1km fra receptionen og restauranten, så vi blev nød til at køre i bil derhen ! Intet signal i hytten. Der var ingen gang køleskab i hytten selvom den lå så langt fra baren hvor man kunne få kolde drikke vare. Rigtige skuffende for så dyrt en lodge.

Excelente la disposición del personal en la atención

Excellent place disconnected from the crowds. Lake facing cabin where you can unwind and relax. No wifi access in the cabin and it takes 4 hours from Balmaceda airport as the roads are pretty bad. 45 min away from Cathedral Marble and you can request the Hotel to book the Kayak or Boat tour. The restaurant has really good food but its bit expensive and there are very little/no restaurants in the nearby locations.

El lugar es increíble, las instalaciones del hotel nos parecieron excelentes, así como el servicio y la comida, totalmente lo recomiendo, esta muy bien ubicado en la zona

Encontré muy bueno el Parador Austral, mi única crítica que no contaban con el restaurant funcionando y solicite una comida muy sencilla (arroz con huevo), y lo hicieron, pero al día del check out y pagar lo consumido, puedo resumir que fue el arroz con huevo más caro que he comido en mi vida (CHP 12.500).

Nice place at crossroad. But dont stay here unless your passing thru or plan on hanging in Guadual or at the property.

Confortables habitaciones con balcon sobre el lago, hermoso lugar !! Tener en cuenta que si quieres cenar en el restaurante debes anotarte antes de las 18 hs. El personal de recepcion muy atentos y serviciales.

Hotel has got some buildings with diferent rooms. All rooms have beatiful views to the lake . Rooms with heater and fire. Always we had hot water. The territory where hotel buildings are located is very big. We spent a lot of time for go to have dinner. Restaurant was very stranger, some things was good, some was terrible, some meals was cold. I think stuff was not intresting in clients.

El hotel cumple con las expectativas que uno se forja. Está ubicado en una región que brinda un maravilloso entorno para recorrer y pasear. Ofrecen diversas actividades que uno puede contratar, pero no era nuestra perspectiva.

We had wonderful stay. The only misleading part was : the resort has a restaurant...... they we now serve sandwiches and the set dinner was only one dish with no options for salad or vegetarian ... Eat in the village 10 km away. Also we asked for just a glass of wine but only bottles where offered. But otherwise very modern rooms with great views!

We stayed here 3 nights and thought it was simply amazing. First of all we were upgraded from a lodge on the far side of the (private) lake to one of the deluxe suites near the restaurant for no apparant reason. English speaking staff are on hand until late at night, wifi connection is perfect. The food is simply delicious - breakfast, lunch and dinner were all equally fantastic AND they gave us a lunchbox when we had a very early tour on our first day there and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The fauna and flaura around the hotel are amazing - birds and wild horses roam free on the grounds.

Inconvenientes: Es conveniente que el menú del restaurante esté disponible para los visitantes en todo momento para conocer las opciones y el costo de las mismas para evitar sorpresas- Es imprescindible que dispongan adaptadores para los tomas de corriente para poder cargar nuestros dispositivos electrónicos cuando no coinciden con el toma de la habitación. Por lo demás, muy bien.-
