両親のために予約しました。コンシェルジュの対応が良くて、兵馬俑のチケットまでネットで予約を助かった。後、西安のおすすめ観光地や、行き方まで細かく教えてくれました。とても親切でした。確かに名前は张伟でした。

西安のホテルで最も快適なホテルであるなと感じた。新たに整備された大きな公園のそばにあり、シアターも近い。 ホテルの美観も周囲もとても清潔感のある地域となっている。

環境、設備、サ－ビス、食事もコスパ満足です。

部屋が広い，天井が高い

ホテル従業員の対応がとてもよく、快適に過ごせました。 お風呂も使いやすかったし、湯量も十分でした。 （ただし若干水はけがよくなかったので、2人以上で続けて使用する場合は注意が必要かも。 TVチャンネルに英語のチャンネルが少なかったのは残念でした。

中国国内でこれまでいろいろなホテルに宿泊しましたが、人のサービスやホスピタリティは一番良かったです。どのホテルマンもホテルウーマンも非常に親切で、人なつっこい印象を受けました。これまで中国のホテルで、経験したことのないことでした。西安の土地柄もあるのかもしれません。

部屋がとても広く、天井も高く豪華で素晴らしかった。ベッドも大きく快適でした。ホテル内のスペイン料理もおいしくいただきました。

すべてが最高。中国であれほど笑顔で献身的に接してくれたホテルは他に無い。あそこまで揃っているなら日本語が話せるスタッフも欲しい

たぶん、このホテルは、ビーチなどで、何にもすることがない贅沢というような、白人的発想が似合うホテルでした。中国国内旅行で、特に暑かったので女性でもすぐそばにある、大唐芙蓉園の日陰で寝そべっているかたには似合わないですね。こういうホテルは従業員がもっと英語を話せないといけませんね。例えば、インドネシアのビーチなんかでは、英語がはなせくても、日本語が通じる人が多いのにはびっくりしますが...私がチェック・アウトしているとき、白人の女性が周りには数人スタッフがいるので、チェック・アウトと大きな声で言っていましたが、みんな知らん顔なんで、私の後、と英語で言ってあげましたが...西安という土地には、まだこのタイプのラグジャリアスリゾートは根付いていないようで、何とも奇妙な感じでした。新しいホテルなのに、部屋の金庫は壊れてたし、机なんかも傷があるのは特に気にはなりませんでしたが...コスパは良かったです。地下鉄さえ開通すればもっと良い ホテルになっていってほしいです。ご縁があっていったんですから。頑張ってください。

とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。ワールドワイドクラスです。 部屋は、天井が高く、ゆったりした造りで、のんびり過ごせました。 従業員の対応も及第点です。 ただし、朝食をとるレストランの店員さんのサービスは中国そのものでした。それが残念。

Premium hotel with very friendly staff

Le Gran Meliá Xi’an est un magnifique hôtel, situé un peu à l’écart de l’agitation principale de la ville tout en restant facilement accessible. L’établissement offre vraiment un niveau de qualité remarquable : restauration, bar, équipements, petit-déjeuner… tout était excellent. La chambre était très confortable, avec une literie superbe. Le personnel se montre particulièrement attentionné et fait un vrai effort pour accompagner les voyageurs qui ne parlent pas chinois. Ils posent toujours les bonnes questions, utilisent un traducteur si nécessaire et s’assurent que tout se passe bien. J’ai testé le bar, le restaurant, et j’y ai même passé la nuit du 24/12. le service a été impeccable du début à la fin. Très belle découverte du Gran Meliá à Xi’an — je recommande fortement. The Gran Meliá Xi’an is a beautiful hotel, located slightly away from the busiest part of the city, yet still close enough to get around easily. The property offers an excellent overall experience: the restaurants, bar, facilities, and breakfast were all outstanding. The room was very comfortable, with great bedding. The staff are truly attentive and make a real effort to help guests who don’t speak Chinese. They ask the right questions, use a translator when needed, and are always ready to assist to ensure everything is clear. I tried the bar and restaurant, and I even stayed there on the night of 24/12 the service was impeccable. A wonderful discovery of the Gran Meliá in Xi’an. I highly recommend it.

욕조가 비교적 커서 공간이 넉넉하고 편하게 이용할 수 있었고, 온수도 잘 나와서 만족스러웠습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절했으며, 특히 리셉션 여성 직원은 영어가 매우 유창해 남편이 의사소통에 불편함이 없어 더 만족해했습니다. 레드레벨로 업그레이드되어 라운지를 이용할 수 있었던 점도 정말 편리했고 전반적으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 아침 조식은 신선한 과일이 잘 준비되어 있어 과일과 채소를 좋아하는 저에게 특히 좋았습니다. 객실 상태도 깔끔하고 쾌적했으며, 전체적으로 서비스가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 또한 주변이 시끄럽지 않고 깨끗하면서 조용해 쉬기 좋았고, 근처에 먹거리도 다양하며 공원이 가까워 위치적으로도 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

We had an enjoyable stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. Our room was clean , spacious and have great amenities. All the staff especially the staff at the Red Level club lounge were helpful , friendly and spare no effort to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Xi'an

Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very considerate and helpful. I have to express special gratitude to the Concierge, Robin, who was incredibly helpful in getting us reservations at local sites. There is also a wonderful park across the street that is great for relaxing strolls around the lake and with statues of Chinese poets.

The room is great, and RedLevel Lounge staffs are very helpful and friendly!
