Pak Chik Mat Noor という名の警備員はとても親切で礼儀正しかったです。

チェックインはスムーズでした。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。市内中心部に位置し、とても便利な立地です。朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、清潔感は少し悪く、ベッドシーツにシミがありました😩。でも全体的には満足のいく滞在でした。

悪くないです。ファミリールームを予約しました。ダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台。欠点は、バスルームのブラインドが外れてバスルームの内部が見えてしまい、入り口の天井から水漏れしていたことです。ブラインドを直そうとしましたが、接着剤が効かなくなって、やはり外れてしまいました。

川の景色が素晴らしく、ビュッフェ式朝食も良かったです。

全体的に良かったです。食事は美味しかったです。部屋は広々としています。バスルームは清潔で良い香りがしました。到着時に部屋にはアリが何匹かいました。サービスも良かったです。

とても快適で清潔な 3 つ星ホテル。ロビー近くに駐車スペースも完備しておりますので、ご来店しやすいです。コーヒーハウスからはパハン川が見え、朝食をとりながらサウジャナの目はそれを見つめています。平日に行きましたが、朝食のメニューも豊富で満足です。ホットレインライス、レッドチキン、サモサ（最高）、アメリカンブレックファスト、カレーヌードル、揚げたティオクイ、サラダ、トーストがあります。どれも美味しいです。アルハムドゥリラ。素敵な滞在でした、きっとまた来ます 🩷

Bilik selesa walau agak sempit. Tandas cantik. Makanan sedap dan pelbagai menu dan tidak masin.

Great to be back at the same room after COVID. Although just a short stay in Kuantan but this hotel is just the best place to unwind. Breathtaking views overlooking the river and the South China Sea at a distant. At night just stroll along the river bank towards the tower. Take the opportunity to see the night views from the observation deck then makan makan at the Japanese restaurant there. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good with local menus and limited western breakfast. Love the nasi lemak and roti canai. Very tasty and delicious. Only comment for improvement: the bed is getting hard may be its time to change ya.

The room above average. All the basic amenities and service is there but the breakfast nothing much and the selection is limited.

Semua ok, harga berpatutan. Location yang strategik untuk pi sky deck kuantan tu and boleh jalan-jalan tepi sungai tu.

The room was awesome! The interior was modern and clean! I got the room with balcony on top of the view of pahang river! Would definitely come back here next time.

Selalu menginap di hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan staff hotel yang cemerlang. Sarapan sedap dengan pilihan yang terhad. Bilik bersih, cuma selimut mohon ditukar ya. Bahaya shared selimut dengan guest sebelumnya.

Bilik bersih. Sarapan biasa saja. Menu utama ada 2 pilihan dan menu-menu sampingan. Parking sebelah hadapan selalu penuh. Boleh park di belakang hotel. Staff kaunter mesra dan sopan.

Sangat seronok menginap di sini. Kemudahan parking yang banyak dan senang. Keadaan luaran hotel cukup selesa serta suasana yang mendamaikan di tepi sungai Pahang. Bilik kemas bersih wangi cuma water heater tidak berfungsi rosak. Sarapan sedikit pilihan tapi sedap.

Always be my choice when I drop by to Kuantan. Excellent service provided from front office, security guard, F&b team & housekeeping. Keep it up the good work guys!
