土曜に近所のバーから聞こえてきたライブの爆音が夜中の2時頃まで続きましたが、それ以外は快適でした。 5泊したのですが、毎日ベッドメイクも趣向をこらしてキレイにしてくれていたので、部屋に戻るのが楽しみでした。 スーパーもレストランも徒歩圏内で非常に便利な立地です。

ダウンタウン滞在に便利

普通のホテルで値段相応です。 しかい、深夜まで営業しているバーが隣接しており、深夜２：００頃まで騒音が聞こえ、寝れませんでした。 また、消毒の臭いがひどい部屋でした。

ホテルは綺麗で清潔感もあり、安心して滞在することができました。ダイビング目的で行ったので、朝から夕方まで外にいてホテルは寝るだけだったので私たちには合っていたのでないかなと思います。シャワーはお湯が出るまで時間もかかりますし、水圧は全くありません、、、。部屋に金庫があったのは安心でした。若干シーツに張り（パリパリ感）がないのは気になりましたが、カンクンの中心部ならとってもクオリティが高いと思います。徒歩1分の所にコンビニもありました。10分ほど歩いたところには観光客向けのメキシコ料理レストラン街がありました。カンクンの市街地中心部なので、アクセスはいいほうだと思います。細い道に入らなければ、昼夜でも歩いて割と遠いところまでいけます。夜で距離が遠い場合はタクシーで30〜60ペソほどで市内なら移動できます。ホテルゾーンまで行くとなると100ペソ〜になるみたいです。

We loved Our stay at Grand city hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It's a bar a few buildings down where you can sit outside and listen to some nice rock music. The whole vibe was good, they kept the property very clean, every day they were cleaning. We will be back and will stay with Grand City hotel again and again!!!

My friends and I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel while exploring the areas around Cancun. Great value for money, at a nice location in downtown Cancun!

Ive stayed here many times, the staff are super friendly, the rooms huge and its very convenient having microwave, fridge free water and the little seating terrace outside room 207. Easy to walk to walmart and the bus stops. Parts look a bit tired now sadly and the wifi doesnt work well in the rooms. The pool area is lovely,good value short stay

Fint hotel, der dog er lige op og ned af en musikbar, der spiller meget højt livemusik indtil kl 02 om natten. Det er nemt at høre på værelserne og er svært at sove for. Ellers er personalet søde og hjælpsomme og giver gerne strandhåndklæder til låns, hvis man skal på stranden. Stort fladskærms-tv på værelset, perfekt til regnvejrsdage, som vi rendte ind i.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Great location for a New Year's eve celebration of sorts, and short walking distance to Oxxo and good restaurants. Easy access to bus that takes you to the beaches. We had a great time. The only problem is there is no sink appropriate for washing dishes. Suitable only for a short stay. Great price for the value.

The toilets smelled really bad and was not very clean. The rooms smelled bad as well

The location is great but the hotel it self is outdated and the room clean should have improve. I was had skin reaction after sleep one night. I have to ask for clean bed sheet and towel. There is one bar just two blocks away and they are running loud music till midnight.
