EVERYTHING about Xanadu was EXCEPTIONAL!

Traveled with wife and two older teenage boys. Xanadu is a great place to relax, access water excursions from their dock, and explore San Pedro. The golf cart ride to Secret Beach is about 50 mins, even so, the Xanadu is a great place to enjoy Ambergris Caye on a family vacation. We look forward to visiting again!

Great property. Beautiful landscaping made it our own tropical paradise. Despite being near a loud road, we didn’t hear anything.

Great space for families, nice big rooms with full kitchen, Lovely pool, which is nice and warm. We also enjoyed the BBQ facilities.

The staff is WONDERFUL. They try to go above and beyond and are very friendly. I would recommend the resort just based on the staff alone! Thank you for being great! The room itself is okay. It was very spacious for our family, but does need a little updating. Our oven and our TV didn't work well, and the wifi was not reliable. Other than that, great stay. Thanks again!

Place was wonderful. We were very happy with the property. The only issue was that we were disappoint in Ambergris Caye (you should go to a different Island) but that's not the hotel fault. If you do need to stay in San Pedro this hotel is fantastic.

This is an amazing place! Very quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay. They reserved our golf cart for us and booked our excursions with ease. I will definitely be returning.

This property was everything and more. I definitely will be returning.

We had 2BR, 2BATH apartment. It was very clean and nice. It was pretty dark and we had to use lights even during a day. We get some noise from the unit above. I recommend to get the upstairs unit, it will be quiet and maybe more daylight. Xanadu has nice small heated pool and jacuzzi. The beach is not good for swimming - typical for the 95% of the whole area. The only real beach is Secret Beach 1 hr. away by golf cart or water taxi. No restaurant in Xanadu, just a bar.

Xanadu Island Resort was spectacular. From the staff to the room and amenities; everything was flawless. Highly recommend.

Property was amazing! Completely enjoyed our stay as the location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent/clean. The nature walk was so incredible and unique - our entire family loved it. Couldn't ask for anything more except that the maintenance staff blasted their music too loud in the morning which woke us up.

This was our second visit to the beautiful Island & to Xanadu! Never a disappointment!

If you want seclusion, a tropical feel, an extremely friendly and responsive staff, an incredibly clean room(s) and reasonable pricing then this is the place for you. We haven't stayed anywhere else on San Pedro Island, but still believe this has to be the best place there. We just loved it and it is the only place we will stay when we go back.

This property is an absolute gem. There is such pride in the staff in keeping the hotel beautiful and immaculate and the service was exceptional. The location in San Pedro can’t be beat and great restaurants are so easy to get to. There are many close groceries for you to pick up certain items if needed. When we return to Belize…this is where we plan to stay, always!
