チェックイン時のスタッフの方は、特に素晴らしいサービスでした。期待を大きく上回る対応をしてもらえました。またパリに来る際には、必ず泊まりたいホテルです。

室内のスイッチが分かりづらく、アチラコチラ触っている内に「don’t disturb 」のスイッチを押してしまいました。 後で気が付きましたが、ホテルからはわざわざショートメールで、部屋の掃除は本当にしなくいて良いかの問い合わせを頂いていました。 ただ、それに気付かずレスポンスしなかったため、部屋の掃除は結局スルーになってしまいとても残念でした。

スタッフの対応が大変よく親切です。 タクシー呼んで手配は勿論ですが何かあってもすぐ対応して下さります。 ホテルも綺麗で水周り、水圧なども文句ありません。 是非パリ宿泊を考えてる方は考えてみて下さい。

施設周辺の道は若干汚かったが、 ホテルは清潔で、清掃も行き届いており、スタッフも感じよく、親切でした。 帰りに、寝坊して予約していた空港行きのタクシーが帰ってしまった時、直ぐに代わりのタクシーを手配してくれてとても助かりました。

スタイリッシュで、部屋も綺麗でした。、程よい大きさの、立地もよく便利のいいところで、、いい感じでした。

落ち着いて静かな地区にあるホテルです。清潔感あり、スタッフもフレンドリーです。喧騒を避けたい人にはおススメです。

夜中に、水道を使用していると思われる配管の音がうるさかった。 シャンプー、コンディショナーが揃えられていない、バスマットが配置されていない、掃除のモップが部屋に残っている、コーヒーが揃えられていないなど、毎日何かしらの不備がある。 スタッフの接遇はとても良い。部屋はきれい。静か。

スタッフがとても感じが良い。 狭いかと思われた部屋もとても天井が高いので、全く気にならなかった。ベッドも最高の寝心地。 疲れた身体にジャグジーやハマム（スチームサウナ。ちょっと小さいのが残念）が嬉しかった。

I felt this hotel a family type and enjoyed the meal and wine at good restaurant. The ceiling is high and the room's atmosphere is good.

The the hotel was nice location and quiet. One of the rooms that we had was definitely not in the category that we had booked. The room also smelled of smoke and although it was offered to be cleaned with a filter, it did not happen during our stay. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The concierge was quite helpful.

Excellent hotel. We are used to 5-star hotels in NY and this was at the same level. Especially useful was the staff. They helped by booking us tours, tickets and provided recommendations for many restaurants. Also they were great with kids, and had a teepee with toys and activities set up in the room for the kids upon arrival.

The AC was broken during my entire stay. Which is unfortunate because I like this place.

Quiet little nook just a few minutes from Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops - privacy with excellent access to all the Paris vibes! Team was extremely helpful with quick response in communications. Duplex room layout was unique and fun!

I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!! So while we enjoyed our stay, I am distracted by the price we paid, it might have been more expensive as there was tennis event on and the Paris 10K, not able to fully comment on that. Would I have paid full price no, would I stay again, absolutely as the location is great, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 15 mins from Gare du Nord using the metro 8 and 4 lines. Plenty of places to eat around, So location is pretty damn good as well. Maybe I am just a tight Yorkshire man. As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again as we know our way around now and the staff were great. Hope that helps folks.
