Friendly staffs, excellent spa. The shower sometimes wouldn't get warm.

Good access to the train station. Dinner and breakfast included. Better than expected. Very simple room just to sleep. Friendly staff.

設備は新しく清潔で快適。場所も便利なところにあります。食事付きのプランでしたが毎晩同じメニューなので外で食べた方がいいかも。ウエイターの数も足りておらず結構待ちました。

ペルーレイルの駅からも、マチュピチュ行きのバス乗り場からも近くとても便利なロケーションであった。 近くにショップやレストランもたくさんあった。 ホテル代はそこそこしたが、夕食も含まれており、朝食もおいしく、部屋も落ち着いた感じで満足度が高かった。

The staff was very rude during check-in and had a difficult time communicating with them. Beware that this is truly an eco-friendly place where they only provide one key per room so if there are multiple people in one room, it makes it very difficult. The size of the rooms was great, but the shower curtain had some mold on it and the sheets were extremely itchy,I felt like bugs were crawling on me every night! The room included breakfast, which was absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in Peru. However, the dinner was also included and was the same exact menu every night. We tried dinner the first night and then decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay. I would have rated the place higher if the sheets weren’t so itchy and miserable and the staff wasn't so rude. i don’t speak spanish well but understand it and herd the staff at the front desk talking poorly about the guests.

It's the center but i don't recommend overpriced. Restaurant very bad and women garsons also. Check-in terrible they waited us exactly 13:00 and not tolerance for early check-in go another hotel better.

Conveniently located to the train and bus station this hotel is perfect. Our suite was very comfortable and the staff was extremely Accommodating and friendly.

Todo estuvo bien, pero creo que la relación calidad precio no lo compensa. En las mañanas, muy temprano, antes de ir el tour no había agua caliente para bañarse.

The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!

Localização maravilhosa. Ótima opção em Machu Picchu. Quartos limpos, básicos, mas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Ficaria novamente!

La atención del personal es excelente, el lugar está limpio, es súper agradable que incluye desayuno y cena y la calle es linda; sin embargo, la comida es muy mala, me cayó muy mal la cena la primera noche y deje de consumir en el lugar. Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo.

La atención en el desayuno no fue buena. Sin embargo el Hotel espectacular, la atención del personal extraordinaria principalmente Moisés, el hizo la diferencia con nuestra estadía!!!!

Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

O hotel é bonito e instalações novas. Quarto amplo e confortável. Janta inclusa conta com opções vegetarianas e a comida é boa. Café da manhã com muitas opções

The spa was amazing! I did the water circuit and a 90 minute massage, highly recommend. The property was beautiful and the time were spacious and lovely. Great bathroom and closet. Loved this resort.

The heating wasn’t good; I was freezing and had to ask for a portable heater because I couldn’t sleep. When I arrived, they made me pay a tax that had not been explained to me. After I had already paid everything, they deceived me. The food was bad and cold.

We booked this hotel last minute for our Machu Picchu tour. It was conveniently located near the train and bus stations. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included so we didn’t have to think about it. The things to consider are the noise level and the service. It’s a very busy hotel and the walls are very thin. You will hear everything outside your room at all time of the night because of the early hikers leaving their rooms. The staff tries their best but there is a lot to tend to so there isn’t a lot of attention to detail. Overall, it was okay for the price.
