A/C did work in the entire hotel. Nice view but that's it.

Mesmo tendo escolhido o hotel definindo como itens prioritários ar condicionado e estacionamento, ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que o ar condicionado não funcionava e nos deram um ventilador como solução.

Comfortable clean room with great beach views. Close by to cafes and restaurants.

Great location, value for money and if you don´t want to rent a car to move around you are in the centre of everything. Didn´t have much contact with the staff they seemed to be accommodating but there was not many opportunities for engagement since we were outside of the hotel most of the day. Breakfast was decent but lacked options for gluten free if you have this diet or restriction might be something you care for, but there are many options around the hotel that are more than suitable.

Muy buena ubicación y las habitaciones con la vista al mar... De lo mejor, ventanales grandes. No funcionaba el Aire acondicionado. El desayuno continental dejaba qué desear pero cumplió el objetivo de mantener a mi pequeño hijo bien comido

Great location in front of San Lorenzo Beach. You can walk to all major attractions, and there are lots of eating options around. The breakfast was good and included fruit, eggs, bread, coffee and pastries, and the breakfast area has a view of the beach. The room was spacious but the bed felt somewhat tight for two. Also, there was no air conditioning in the room, which is inconvenient on hot nights. The rate was pricey but we booked last minute in peak season.

Denna hotellvistelse började med seg incheckning, inga leende människor som jobbade på hotellet. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade ej så vi försökte sova med öppet fönster. Detta var dock omöjligt då det var livat på gatan utanför. Absolut inte prisvärt.

The hotel is ok. It’s missing very basic things for a 4-star hotel. You get a bed and some towels and that’s it.
