During our stay the resort does not have much customers. The service level has been reduced to a minimum. My wife checked in at around midnight on a Friday. When the taxi arrived there was no bellboy at the entrance. We had to carry our own luggage to the reception desk where only one person was operating. After checked-in we had to find our ways to the room. The next morning, I went to the swimming pool. Again, there was nobody by the pool to service customers. I could not find where is the changing room/locker room. After 5-10 mins wandering around, a cleaning lady told me there is no changing room. She pointed me to the toilet next door. Etc.
