ベッドは大きく、ヘアドライヤーやシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーローションなどのアメニティも充実していてとても快適。フロントで両替にも対応してくれた。周辺は飲食店が多く、いい雰囲気でした。

Great place!

This space was great. Easy and aesthetically pleasing. Good location to walk and experience the city. Good dining options nearby.

Given this property was recommended amongst "boutique hotels" for Buenos Aires,I think this hotel is rather basic. The rooms and features of the hotel are nicely done, but that's about it. - breakfast is nice/ decent and the staff in the restaurant are super friendly. - the receptionists act merely as door openers/ button pushers. The check in was functional, but pleasantries were kept to a minimum. The one night I had asked for help with changing a restaurant booking, I got a big sigh followed by "it won't be that easy" (which it turned out it was). I don't need a red carpet, but let's put it this way: it was easier and more pleasant NOT to interact with the reception staff than getting anything helpful out of them. The hotel was heavily reduced due to the construction site next door, which i think makes the price fair and overall a good value for money. However, any price increase would need to be aligned with the retraining of the entire reception staff (it's otherwise 3 star at it's best, despite the made to look good decor)

On arrival the lift failed and we were left in reception for nearly three quarters of an hour on a hot evening without knowing when we would gain access to our room. Receptionist alone and called lift man but left waiting with bags. Room lovely. Nicely decorated and equipped. Super coffee bag.Bathroom needed new loo seat. Fabulous breakfast with fruit salad and yoghurt as well as cooked and bakery range. Kind receptionist allowed us to leave our bags on day of departure!

Beds were comfortable. Staff was responsive. Property needs maintenance and an Upgrade.

Bring your ear plugs. Yes, there was construction in the hotel while we're there but even absent that construction. The room was very noisy from outside traffic, cars, people, music, etc. They really should think about offering ear plugs to all of the people who stay.

Great location close to restaurants bars and shops. Staff was amazing always willing to help, book tours, and giving advice.

Very comfortable room, unfortunately there was construction going on very early when we were there. The included breakfast was very good.

Estaban haciendo trabajos y golpeando el techo, sin avisar. Muy temprano, la habitación es muy reducida, el area de regadera se sale toda el agua al piso, estaba sucia con hongos, la cafetera estaba con agua sucia, la reporté y no la cambiaron.

Faltam tomadas no quarto, principalmente nas cabeceiras, para o carregamento do celular. Banheiro muito pequeno e muito escuro. Tivemos muita dificuldade em regular a temperatura da água do chuveiro : ou era muito quente, ou era fria. Café da manhã regular para ruim.

Hotel com ótimas instalações e ótima localização, com muitas e variadas opções gastronômicas bem próximas. Apesar de ter um edifício em obras ao lado e ter um pouco de barulho durante a manhã, não chegou a incomodar.

The staff was incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Leaving was like saying goodbye to friends.

Visiting a new city for the first time is always a gamble when choosing an area/ hotel to stay in. I was very happy to have chosen both Palermo AND Hotel Clasico! No frills but extremely distinct and loads of Argentine charm. Good breakfast, accommodating staff and comfy beds!

Quaint, artful -- not for those who fuss over every convenience. This is a relaxed, artistic setting in a good location. For those who want lots of room and all the accoutrements, this place isn't for you. This place is charm, really nice people, beautiful, "old Europe" like most of Buenos Aires. And great breakfasts. Argentina doesn't do coffee well so afficionados like me need Starbucks, but this place also does tea.

I run the 21k and they did a special breakfast for all us runners that was very nice, bed was really comfortable
