wi-fiは無料で使えると言われたがついに接続できることはありませんでした。というか、とんでなかった。部屋はほこりっぽくシャワーは水のみ。用意されていたタオルもあまりきれいじゃなかった。ホテル全体としては暗くて気がめいるようなところでした。メトロの駅が近いのだけが魅力。

El personal del Restaurante debe tener más amabilidad al atender los clientes. Les falta ser más amables

La recepcionista de la mañana le falta unas clases de atencion al cliente. El cuarto con Cucarachas. piso del elevador nunca lo vi limpio. Casi no hay parqueo dentro del hotel. Bueno como dice el dicho por lo q pagas es lo Que tienes. Pueden mejorar en la Limpieza.

Podrían mejorar la atención en el Restaurante

Staff at front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For some reason they had trouble finding my reservation after repeatedly telling them all the information. Three different people at the desk looked through their system and couldn’t find it while I spent over 30 minutes standing there. They kept sending me away telling me I was at the wrong place. While showing them even the hotel’s picture and address. Another reason why I wouldn’t really recommend the place for people touring as there are a lot of people who appear to live there and also people from the hospital stay there mainly.

Por el precio esta bien, la zona no es la mejor, pero si esta bien.

Pésimo servicio al cliente.

La habitación llena de pelos, la cama llena de pelos, ropa en el clóset, servicio al cliente terrible, son súper arrogantes y prepotentes, ni me volvería a quedar ni lo recomendaría.

I was given room key attached to a piece of plastic. It was difficult to tell exactly which room number it was. I unlocked what I thought was my room and saw someone laying in bed unaware I opened the door slightly. I closed the door and asked a housekeeper which room I was in. She told me. When I entered my room the overpowering smell of moth balls was present. I found a room elsewhere and left after an hour. Staff was nice, I didn’t feel the need to go complain but I didn’t feel secure since my key opened another room. The surrounding area was a bit rough as well.

Nada del otro mundo. Suficiente para quedarse una sola noche.

El control del aire no funcionaba entonces no pudimos regular el aire. Pedimos otra cobija y no nos la dieron El acensor tenia mal olor y estaba el boton dañado. No tenian plancha para la ropa y tampoco daban el servicio.

Foi boa a estadia, na recepção as atendentes não sabiam dar informações sobre onde ir aos pontos turísticos, mas o hotel de modo geral é muito bom e bem limpinho.
