The air freshener was strong. No shower room, put a curtain where my staying, so around there must be wet and I was difficult to use bathroom after that.

The quality is similar to an ibis budget. The legs on the TV were broken meaning it rolled forward. Parking was tight. Although it had been renovated still felt dated which is part of its charm. Breakfast was basic with no staff present. Like going to your own pantry. Value for money it was good. Plus was the bed was comfortable

NO MICROWAVE

Mouse poo all over the window sill, mould through the bathroom. Very thin walls so woken by woman 2 rooms away screaming at her daughter at 11pm, 4am & 7am. Only saw staff at check in - friendly.

Convenient location for hospitals

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no hot water available, despite the temperature being around 10 degrees, which made showering unbearable. What was worse is that following morning was the same and no one to call for help. The shower itself was mouldy and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The blankets appeared unwashed and even had hair on them, which was unsettling and unhygienic. When wanting to make a cup of tea, the cups were also dirty . Unfortunately this place did not meet the expectations of having a pleasant stay.

They shouldn’t even bother with offering

Perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable low cost accommodation very conveniently located near ie walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital. If you’re just after a place to stay this is perfect.

It was good for the one night 15 minute walk to the train, 3 stops and you’re in circular quay

Was excellent for proximity to Royal North Shore Hospital. Only a 10 minute walk away. Road noise was pretty bad, as well as noise from other rooms. The breakfast offered is extremely basic: white bread, jam, butter, and a piece of fruit. The room was small but functional. The the location, and price per night this hotel was reasonable value.

Very close to RNS hospital, easy walking distance. This visit Rm 16 faces the busy road and was very noisy.

Stay here frequently as it's so close to RNSH.

The overall tidiness was not as good as previous visits. The bed mattress was poor in unit 1.

Economy room that suited my needs for a one nighter.
