設備も新しくて快適に過ごせた。

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the renovated rooms. It was split in two, so our teenagers had their own space. The king size bed was very comfortable. We also had separate bathrooms from teens so that made for more comfort and ease of getting ready. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

A lovely property close to estes park with good facilities and friendly staff

There really wasn’t anything around the property. It was next to other hotels.

We visited Estes Park over spring break. Quality Inn worked perfectly for us. It was close to the mountain coaster, visitor centers, restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The beds were comfy, the rooms were large enough and had a fridge and a microwave, and the breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. We would stay again.

Very clean property. Right by Estes Lake and about five miles from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Staff is very friendly. Double room is big and breakfast is great! Don’t hesitate to book.

Beautiful location set in an incredible town .

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly. The desk clerk was super friendly and made check in very easy. The trolley was very convient and the driver was very friendly. The breakfast options on both days was great. The food was cooked well and there was a great variety to choose from. Checkout was also easy. We had a beautiful view from our room and it was quiet and relaxing. Thanks we will definitely be back.

The room was clean and the beds were good. The overall place was nice. Had some trouble with checkout. We wanted a printed copy of the receipt but the desk clerk kept insisting we get an email copy. We didn’t want it emailed we wanted a print out. It took several reiterations of the same statement before he begrudgingly printed the receipt. The exasperation and eyeroll from the man was completely unnecessary.

Everyone was so nice, the bed was the best ever, wanted to take it home. Breakfast was wonderful, much much more than I was expecting!

It was snowy and icy and the sidewalks around the property and to the room were not shoveled my husband had to shovel the sidewalk to our room. The wind blew very hard all night blowing around the patio furniture banging it into the railing it was very loud. We had to bring the patio furniture into the room in the middle of the night to stop the furniture from banging into the railings.
