Room was clean but smoke detector was missing from the wall, hair dryer didnt work, safety lock was missing from the door, and I've never seen such an old microwave. We didn't use it, so I can't say if it worked or not. Breakfast was sparce... just bread, waffles, 2 cereal choices, butter, 2 juices, & coffee. The check out worker just looked at me when i handed him the key. Won't stay here again.

Receptionist gave me key to ground floor room 124 but adjacent parking spot was occupied. Receptionist said she could not guarantee parking spot adjacent to ground floor room, but eventually gave me key to room where adjacent parking spot was not occupied. As per website hair dryer should be available on request but when I requested hair dryer receptionist said she did not have one. The hand towel in the bathroom had stains in it. Very little food variety for breakfast - no protein.

COCKROACHES everywhere! I didn’t stay longer than 2 hours! The clerk wanted to see pictures for proof! (Which I had) NOT PET FRIENDLY!! Although it says it is, there is a sign upon checkin that says “NO PETS!” I drove over 500 miles to get there only to be told no pets. He charged me $25 per dog (no refundable, on the site, it said only$10/dog)

We stayed there for 2 different nights; in both rooms we saw 5/6 cockroaches; in beds there we found hairs from previous occupants. Strongly not recommending this property

The motel advertised that it was pet friendly, but when I got there. They said no pets allowed!! It looks like anasty, bed bug infested place where only drug adictics and hookers would stay!

BUGS ITS DISGUSTING

Issues with water upon check in, finally was able to get a shower 3 hrs after check in. Phone did not work, could not get TV to come on, toilet paper dispenser was not attached in wall you had to hold the dispenser to pull off the toilet paper, had a tub but could not do a bath b/c the stopper was taken apart and laying on the side of the tub, and they advertise pet friendly but do not allow pets. And lastly there were roaches. This is absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never stay there again.

I had to keep going to the lobby because the key wouldn’t work and the smell of cigarettes was terrible

Dirty with a lot of cockroaches. Lose toilet. Broken shower curtain. Holes in the walls and bathroom door.

ROACHES

At first glance the room looked clean, but the bathroom smelled like urine and had bugs. The floor was sticky around the sink. I had clean both. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin. The heat/air unit was loud and it was difficult to keep an even temperature. For the quick passing thru the area at the last minute it served its purpose but would not stay there again.

In the middle of construction very dirty, most lights didn’t work in room, mold in bathroom. Two different dust fights right outside room, no response when I called desk, or when I called 911.

Room had roaches, and the bathroom had no faucets. Waiting on my refund

Other than slight confusion at check in, that part was OK. The room was comfortable, appeared to be clean until the creepy crawlers came out. Last night there were a few very small roaches(tiny), but then this morning there were more. I never felt unsafe at the property, and the room was quiet so sleeping wasn’t an issue. Don’t think I’ll be doing this again in spite of the positives
