総合評価とレビュー Fosshotel Reykjavik

テレビを視聴していますと、画面がフリーズしてしまう。(2～3秒毎)

ホテルスタッフのクオリティに問題があると感じました。私は同ホテルエクスペディアにて予約・事前支払いをして利用したのですが、チェックアウト時に女性スタッフに二重課金を強いられました。こちらが既に支払い済みである旨を主張しても受け入れられず、次の予定まであまり時間もなかったためやむなくクレジットカードカードにて支払いました。旅程の関係で、チェックアウトの翌日に再チェックインするプランだったため、再チェックインする際に改めて二重課金である旨をチェックアウト時とは違うスタッフに主張しましたが、この方も「そんなことはありえない」と繰り返し、取り合ってもらえず。とうとうマネージャークラスの方を呼び出して状況を説明することになるのですが、この方も当初は私の主張を鼻で笑う程度の対応。こちらもさすがに憤慨して、カード明細・銀行口座の状況を提示して、それでもまともに取り合わないならカード会社に問い合わせて請求する旨を伝えた結果、ようやく「確認してみます」という反応が返ってきて、翌日外出から部屋に戻ってみると課金取り消しのレシートのみが机の上に置かれていました。また、再チェックイン時に案内された部屋では飲みかけのワイングラス、付けっ放しのTVが目に留まり、驚いてロビーに戻りスタッフに状況を説明したところ、その部屋が他の宿泊客が利用中の部屋であったことが判明。。この点はホテル側も素直に過失を認めてディナー無料チケットをもらいましたが、上記の二重課金への事後対応の悪さとともに、ホテルの対応に大きな不安を抱えながら滞在することとなりました。念のため、スタッフのホスピタリティの低さを度外視してフェアに評価するならば、部屋自体は普通の中級ホテル並み、バス停(12番)がホテルの目の前でツアーやホテル-空港間の移動の利便性は高い、レイキャビクダウンタウンまで徒歩可能、という観点からは悪くないホテルでした。これから予約される皆さんの参考になれば幸いです。

Everything was perfect during our stay.

Lithos hotel was lovely. We got upgraded to a room with a view which was outstanding. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It had everything you could want. And the staff was incredibly friendly.

This hotel was great. It has great views of the water and mountains from our room. The only con I have is that we had to park our rental car on the street and pay for street parking

Great location right outside of stop 12 on the tour bus route. Modern and quiet with a nice restaurant.

깨끗하고, 주변 관광선택 시 대부분의 버스가 호텔 바로 앞에 정차하여 매우 편리. 조식도 훌륭.

The whole team at Fosshotel were honestly a blessing to my trip in Iceland. They were on call to assist with all my requirements months in advance, even until my last checkout at the hotel. The staff members are so lovely and treat you very professionally but also like good friends. I am so grateful to the team for making this trip so so special and really going the extra mile for some of the requirements I had. The facilities are very good, the hotel is in the perfect location and easy to get to. The rooms are well kept, clean and spacious. I have been to some amazing hotels all around the world however nothing can compare to quality service and that is exactly what this hotel delivers. I will forever be grateful and most definitely be returning to Iceland, where I will be staying at this hotel again! Thank you all so much.

This was such a great location, it was a 15 minute walk to “downtown” Reykjavik. There is a good hall nearby and the food from the hotel was decent (but expensive). Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Centrally located hotel with Reykjavík centre within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and to a good standard.

Clean hotel with bar restaurant in front of a bus station which is convenient for tour pickups. However, the room was small and did not have amenities.
