米国滞在の長女と欧州旅行を企画し、このアパート形式のホテルを選択し集合。日本からということで２寝室にアップグレードしてもらえた。改装して間もないようで綺麗で快適。一階にコンビニ、近くにスーパーやレストランがあり便利。ロンドンの南側に位置するので地下鉄ではなく電車ですが、ロンドンブリッジや中心部まで13分ほどで行ける。次回も利用したいしお勧めできる。

Tolle Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Londoner Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglickeiten direkt nebenan. Wir haben zum Glück kurz vorher in einer Gast-Bewertung gelesen, dass das Hotel in der Umweltzone liegt. Man muss sein Auto vorher registrieren lassen.

Everything is good

Molly and Grace were very helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near public transport aswell as a place to park our car. If I could provide any feedback it would be, the TV could have been bigger and there could have been face washers in the bathroom.

Overall, perfectly adequate and well priced. Decor a little dated, but room had everything we needed (just about). Main feedback is you need to change your mattresses as they are lumpy and not super comfy. We cooked in the room and there were a few things missing : Oven glove Scissors Larger cooking pan/wok as there were 5 of us. Apart from that, cannot fault the owners and would stay again (if mattresses are changed). One thing to note - it is a little too far out for central London (30-40mins on overground and then under ground). Personally, will consider paying a bit more and staying closer to underground next time. Thank you.

All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up.

It was freezing cold outside and I was checked into a freezing cold room with no heating working. Reception was not available I slept in freezing cold

Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré.

I liked that it was close to the train station and right next to a market that was open for late night snacks.

I loved our stay and the location was great. Not to far from Hither Green station, that took you right down in the heart of London (maybe a 10-15min ride). Rooms were spaces for London and we had a fully functional kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
