The main reception staff were horrible, they don’t understand the concept of customer service. Always reception calls were received and delay in service, even room service staff were incompetent. I needed to complain and then management staff named nusrat was the only one who was professional. Staff like in the main desk names Rafi was horrible and rude. They hang up on calls and probably one of the worst breakfasts in my travels. They have no variety, the staff at the restaurant were not professional or didn’t even try to have different options. I was so disappointed in my stay! I thought vip Expedia rating so I tried Amari! I will never ever set foot in that hotel again. Worst experience by far.
