ルーフトップバーは期待はずれ、トイレが汚かった

いい匂いがしました。全体的に雰囲気がよく、バスタブがありシャワーと分けられているので日本人におすすめです。

Great accommodation with convience and safety

Wasn't told that we were given a handicap accessible room until we got to our room. Shower floor was not separated from rest of bathroom. Bottom of hower curtain far above floor so had a hard time keeping floor from getting wet.

I’m giving it a 3 because the staff were lovely, otherwise, this was a very disappointing experience. I was not going to leave a review but I continue to get email reminders so here we are. The #1 issue is that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel when it’s very obviously not. When your expectations are 5-star and you pay 5-star money but get a 3 star small town hotel experience, it’s quite frustrating! The bathroom had an awful sewage smell coming out of the sink and because the stopper was broken, the smell just seeped out at all hours. Everything felt dingy with no ounce of “luxury” that you expect from a 5-star hotel. I ordered room service 3X and the last 2X the food was delivered without anything covering the food. It was also cold and inedible. I drummed up the courage to complain about this, and although shocked, the agent said the time to address it was with the person who delivered it. So, I happily settled the £105 room service bill for food I didn’t eat, which side note, was fries+soup, fries+ chicken fingers, fries+jalapeño poppers. The tomato soup was delicious though! Lastly, late on my last night, they double charged me for the deposit which is £100 per night. With the initial deposit I already paid, they now had nearly $1500 of mine. I called the desk as soon as my bank notified me and the issue was dealt with quickly. I would have been put in a very awkward position if I did not notice this. Ultimately, I was throughly annoyed with this place.

We stayed at Sea Containers London for one night, and from the moment we arrived, the place felt calm, like a quiet pause in the middle of the city. Everything was beautifully clean and softly lit, with design that spoke in balance and simplicity. The room felt peaceful, the kind of space where time slows down a little. Breakfast was fresh and full of quiet delight, good coffee, kind smiles, and that feeling of starting the day gently. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a mood, elegant, effortless, and deeply relaxing.

Fantastic hotel , large and beautiful room with astonishing river views , delicious breakfast , Very friendly staff (highlighting Lamesh). It’s become my London favourite .

Great sport from which to explore London!

The room was clean, the desk folks were helpful, the hotel concierge was thoughtful about local theatre and restaurants. All in all, a good visit. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included, and the in-room coffee was tasteless.
