Most of staffs work properly but room making system and person who handle this part is terrible. Even I asked to clean and make room everyday, they do only half of the day while I stayed. I strongly ask some refund of this bad service.

it takes 10 minutes by car from Penn station, but relatively safe.

施設は新しくはないが、必要な設備、サービスは提供されており、大手ならではの一定以上の品質は保たれている。朝食付きで、スクランブルエッグやベーコンなどの暖かい料理もあったのが嬉しかった。ボルチモアも治安が悪いが、ホテル周辺は再開発が進んでいるのか建物も新しいものが多く、夜に食事に出歩いても全く問題なかった。ホテルはリトルイタリー地区にあり、イタリアンレストランも多く、夜の食事にも困らない。

It was clean and centrally located

The location was great- late night food options and just about anything you would want within walking distance. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. That said, the pictures online are deceiving - the rooms and pool are much smaller than they appear. There is no restaurant

A girl's weekend gathering, we had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Parking was also great but pricey. The breakfast meat option should cater to eveyone but would stay again..

The sofas were very dirty. No amnesties in the bathroom. Bad smell in the room.

In general, the room was okay, the bed was really comfortable, as well as the couch. However, the first thing I noticed when I arrived was that the bathroom was dirty, I found traces of shaved beard in the bathroom sink and the toilet (that was very disgusting). So I'm not sure if the bathrooms are properly cleaned when a host leave.

Bria at the front desk is awesome! She was very welcoming and friendly. She gave great suggestions for restaurants in the area, and made me and my daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Valet was very professional and welcoming as well. I wish my stay was as longer.

The property was very nice. Black swan restaurant is right around the corner.

The room smelled like an old ash tray

There was some things that were popping out like a screw from the shower and the shower head was coming out.

Staff were professional, respectful, helpful, friendly and polite. Property was also to our expectations. Only slight/minimal comment we had was the curtain/blinds in our room (411). It was uneven and lose on one side (left side) so it was bulking (opening).

The breakfast was not good. The pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. You have to go down to the front desk in the lobby to sign up for a pool time and get the pool key. They had spotty internet service so we couldn’t stream any services. The area is great! It’s in Little Italy there are a ton of places to grab food and drinks. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. The staff was also super polite and the valet was efficient. There were definitely pros and cons, but I would not stay here again.

Loved it here! Felt so safe, the staff was so nice, the breakfast wasn't great but not too bad, the rooms were nice and spacious and the air conditioning was amazing. would definitely be back.

Really wasn’t a restaurant. Bar area was very small. It reminded me of a bar in someone basement.
