部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。メキシコでジェットバスが利用できるのが最高です。レストランやプラザにも近く便利でした。また是非利用したいです。

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, fácil acceso y cerca de plazas comerciales. El personal atento, bindando una atención y servicio de primer nivel. La alberca my bien, y en un área agradable, cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. El restaurante bueno, con opciones sencillas y precio accesible. Algunos detalles con el ruido en los pasillos ya que se escucha mucho las conversaciones, y falta un mantenimoento a los aires acondicionados que tiran un poco de agua, algunos detalles mínimos como la batería de la caja fuerte, que requieren corregirse

Very clean and updated facility. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dining experience is excellent with great food. 24 security guards onsite. Not walking friendly, but plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Small hotel but centrally located in a good area of Guadalajara/Zapopan. An outdoor mall (plaza del sol) is right accross the main avenue there. Also nice selection of restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance and around the neighborhood where this hotel is located. Kinda looks like your typical 90 degree shape, multi level Motel 6 building but slightly better and with your typical parking lot right in front of your room. I did not use the pool because during my stay, I noticed alot of children enjoying the pool day and night and until the late hours of the night, so yes it got noisy during my stay. Perhaps children are in summer vacation down there. Throughout my 5 night stay, I noticed the pool is not being maintained properly. The water looked cloudy and not properly treated or the pool filtering system is not doing the job. Again poor maintenance. And the window shade which is light filtering and is next to your bedroom and shouldn't be there because I had a hard time falling asleep due to so much moon light filtering into my room. I had to throw a comforter to cover some of the light at night. If you're looking for a budget quick one night stay then this is the place. However, I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night.

I was enchanted with the breakfast Especially with the menudo on Sunday morning. No es la primer vez que nos hospedamos ahí, primero Dios no será la última.

Me gusto que el hotel esta en buena ubicación, el personal amable y estacionamiento bien, no probamos la comida pero el buffet estaba caro para lo que ofrecía, las instalaciones estan bien aunque el jardin esta muy desperdiciado, el area de la alberca hace falta un poco mas de iluminación en la noche y mas mesas ya que estaba muy lleno, la alberca algo pequeña y raspa el piso los pies, la limpieza de la habitación muy mala, habia chanclas de otros huéspedes y botellas, limpiaron y las volvieron a dejar y todas las toallas estan muy viejas

Todo super bien y excelente servicio todo el personal muy amable... Si regresaría.
