マチュピチュ村の道は入り組んでいて分かりにくく、このホテルを探すのは少し大変だった。ただ、村のメイン通りからは近いので、食事などで外出するには便利だと思う。ホテルの従業員は非常にフレンドリーで、話しやすいのが良かった。建物はペルーでは一般的な中の下レベルのホテル、あるいはホスタルだが、部屋は清潔で広さも十分にある。薄型テレビもある。部屋の窓からは村が一望できる。全体的に見てコストパフォーマンスは悪くないと思う。

スタッフの方はとても親切でいろいろ情報を教えてくれました。マイラさんは英語も話せます。１リットルの涙を見て涙した、と言っていましたよ(^^) 時間帯によっては駅まで迎えに来てくれるかもしれません。 部屋もキレイで、朝食もシンプルですが十分でした。 場所は、インフォメーション案内所から温泉方面に向かって上がって行く途中、左手にEL MANUという店(2階はマッサージ屋)があるので、そこを左折、突き当たりの像の前の左の小道を抜けていくと、右手に入口・看板があります。 I recommend this hotel for service, clean, breakfast. Ms. Majra is kind and gave good advice!

ホテル自体は、値段相応だと思います。でも、とにかく場所がわかりずらいです。他のホテルの人やレストランで聞いても、わからないと言われ、街をウロウロ…。

部屋によりますが、通りに面した大きい窓がある部屋は明るく、開放感があるつくりです。 部屋は綺麗で快適です。 バスルームも綺麗ですが2日目はお湯がでなかったのは残念でした。 朝食は4時半から、ヨーグルト、パン、ソーセージ、卵です。補充をしていないので8時にはほとんどありません。 マチュピチュ村なので努力をしなくてもお客さんが来る環境です。高いお金を払っても、日本のようなクオリティはありません。設備が新しく、綺麗なだけでも快適です。安宿ではないので。

マチュピチュツアーの際に価格が手頃だったので1泊しました。場所はわかりにくいので、探すのに手間取りました。階段を上がっていくので、少ししんどいです。事前に調べておく方が良いですね。ホテルのマネージャー？の女の子は非常に親切で交換が持てました！ ホテルそのものは、広いビジネスホテルですが、どうせマチュピチュに朝から晩までいるのであれば、問題はありません。一応朝食もあります。シャワーは半分しかドア？がなく、カーテンが敷設されていないので、入り方にこつが必要です！(笑)海外のホテルはこういうのが割とあるのですが、なぜこのような方式なのか謎です(笑) 当然ですがスリッパはありませんので、持って行きましょう！

分かりづらい場所にあるので、地図だけでは辿り着けず、人に聞かないとわからない所にあります。 フロントの人たちもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔です。

マチュピチュ宿泊を挟んで二回宿泊しました。部屋はとても清潔で、一人旅にはもったいないくらいで、申し分ない滞在でした。またスタッフも非常にフレンドリーでマチュピチュへ行く際荷物を預かってもらったり、格安でしっかりとした洗濯をしてくれたり、またタクシーも最低価格で呼んでくれ、とても良心的でした。

部屋が広くて綺麗で、掃除も行き届いている。朝ごばんもバラエティーがあって美味しいが、エレベーターがない上、村の中でも高い場所、階段を登って行く場所にあるので、荷物が多いと大変かも。

ホテルはSelva Alegreという道にありますが、現地の人に聞いていもよくわからず辿り着くのに一苦労でした。事前に地図で調べていけばよかっただけの話ですが。シャワーのお湯は熱くて気持ちよかったです。激しい雨が降っていたので、Wifiの感度はあまり良くなかったように記憶しています。

Wall is thin so noise from outside room be heard. Staff is very kindly. Room has no heater, but they rent us oil heater without additional cost.

It was horrible. Nothing was as advertised. Unclean, an uncaring staff. The windows didn't lock. the room was up 3 flights of stairs so dark you couldn't see during the day. And they kept turning the lights off. no breakfast unless you get up at 5 am

Two night stay while we were getting ready to see Machu Picchu and then coming back from there. COmfoy and easy walk from the train station and then to the bus stop for the ride to Machu Picchu. It is very damp in the jungle, so it was difficult to dry our clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the breakfast was ok only. But this hotel served it's purpose certainly and they responded when we needed something and tried to help us fix any problems we had. I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern for such a remote location. Rooms were updated and the hotel is close to everything.

les employés sont serviables et ont donné de bons conseils pour les heures de départ pour le Machu Picchu. Storage disponible. Un peu bruyant par contre mais cela semble la norme dans cette région (mur pas très épais). le rideau de douche de ma chambre devrai être néanmoins changé.

This property was clean and had a "help yourself" kind of atmosphere. Staff was friendly but did not speak much English and we did not speak much Spanish. It was a different place but the price was right and you get what you pay for.

I went as far as the reception desk and left. My message to the property hours prior to arrival was unanswered. The location and condition of the property were poor. Choose other options.

Un passage pour une nuit pour être sur place tôt le matin pour visiter le Machu Piccu. Très propre. Personnel agréable. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner proposer à partir de 4h30 mais qui n’est finalement pas prêt à l’heure indiquée... Mais très bon rapport qualité / prix avec une superbe vue en étage élevé!

This is an inexpensive option among several in Machu Picchu. However, the nicely tiled hallways and stairs are perfect for reflecting noise all over the place. Plus, checkout is at 9:00, and the hardworking staff gets going at about 4:15, turning on hall lights, which shine right into the rooms. If you need a very early wake-up, this your spot. The staff is very good.
