Breakfast is typical continental. I appreciated that the cook brought out fresh hot items when we arrived. Room looks recently updated and modern.

Great room, super comfortable bed. Nice to have amenities such as a nespresso in the room. A little far from Jasper (~50 min), but great value for the price!

The hotel was modern and bright. The room was very spacious and design was well thought out - there was plenty of storage areas and hooks for towels, coats, etc. The sink in the washroom though was unusually high, so might be something to consider if you have young kids. We really enjoyed our short stay here and loved the location. So many dining/ shopping options nearby. Hotel breakfast does need improvement but nice to have available when you’re in a pinch in the morning.

Hotel was Nice and clean, but our room forcible entry lock (the little hook thing) was broken. It had the hook part, but there was nothing to hook it to.

Excellent rooms

Check in staff were great. Disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. This should have been advertised. We looked to book a facility with a hot tub available. No compensation was offered. Bed was comfy, room was large and had lots of amenities.
