Receptionist is not accommodating in welcoming their guest

Linen are so dirty, so slow system, receptionist are so rude, security guard as well, lights are dark, all the rooms smell like cigarettes, they don’t care about there guest, they just only gossip and more gossiping system are so slow!

Stay was good all in all. Good room. Great area.

The best location. Easy access to everything.

Very grateful for Sequioa Hotel staff for being very considerate since I have a toddler with me and assisted me throughout our stay. Probably the WiFi needs improvement because I wasn't able to use the hotel's WiFi due to its weak coverage. The breakfast buffet could improve as well. Our room does not have any drawers and vault though I have stayed at other hotels with the same room type and they have it. It was a nice stay still.

Hotel room is okay but wifi is not good.

Overall the hotel experience was nice. The only thing is, the internet connection was not that good. Maybe the hotel management should improve this.

Breakfast is not great. Please have a good buffet breakfast.

Friendly and accommodating staff but poor wifi connection in RM 512. Nice place, highly recommended.
