El personal no sabe tratar a los huéspedes ! Son despotas y groseros ! No son capaces de ayudarte a pedir un taxi dicen que no son sus funciones !

Muy tranquilo, seguro y bonito. Aire acondicionado/Calefacción son unidades viejas. Televisión muy chica.

It’s a nice old place, it does not matches the picture in the website. The restaurant food is great and the costumer service outstanding. The price was more than the one I was quoted when I made the reservations. Too expensive for the value of the rooms. The place is under remodeling

The property is very well maintained.

I stayed with my family this past weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. The facilities were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My only "negative" is that the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the offerings. I was told (and saw) that the restaurant will be getting remodeled soon as it does need some updating. I look forward to hopefully visiting again.

Room was excellent!! I was disappointed with the check in process since the check in desk is the same for lot buyers who are making payments and/or servicing their contracts. I had to wait long time before I was attended by someone. Other than that everting was great and our stay was very pleasant

Several of the photos are perhaps fraudulent or very outdated. The broad description of the facility is I think not accurate. I wish especially for the price there was hot showers.

Es un lugar para ir a descansar y caminar por los viñedos, habitaciones limpias y cómodas en general nos fue bien muy buena atención solo que le falta remodelar un poco la recepción y el restaurante, la comida está rica.

Excelente conservación del resort, muy buen cuidado del medio ambiente y reglamento razonable. Muy amable todo el personal. El único inconveniente pudiera ser que tiene anunciado prestamos de bicicletas sin costo y en realidad si tiene costo, y los horarios del restaurante limitados

The property is nice. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. The room can use some upgrades. The furniture, the walls, design were worn out and a bit beat up. Other than the room itself, the place was nice.

Great place to have a relaxing time. Very clean, nice and we got complementary coffee and bottle of wine. Very nice and probably will stay there again soon.

Wonderful classic Mexican resort with great architecture and furnishings, manicured grounds, and luscious pool area. Our go-to location when driving north from the wine country.
