友人からこのホテルを勧められました。彼女は娘さんと宿泊したのですが、とても満足していて、私にも勧めてくれました。立地も最高で、部屋は快適で広々としていて、しかも料金も手頃です。最高の滞在でした！

部屋は清潔で、毎日掃除が行き届いています。ホテルの受付係はフレンドリーで熱心にサポートしてくれ、私の希望に応じて、シングルベッド 2 台をダブルベッド 1 台にアレンジしてくれました。ホテルは中心部に位置し、フリーゾーン エリアの鉄道駅の近くにあり、周辺には美味しいレストランがたくさんあり、市内中心部への移動に便利です。

立地は便利で、スタッフも素晴らしいです。キッチン付きのアパートメントに無料でアップグレードしてもらいましたが、レイアウトのせいで部屋が狭く感じました。でも全体的には値段以上の価値があります。

アパートは素敵です。場所は市の中心部にあります。トラムやビクトリアマーケットに近いので、どこにでも簡単に行くことができます。ロビーはシンプルでそれほど大きくはありませんが、私は気に入っています。ロビーの横には小さなカフェがあり、部屋の準備がまだできていない場合はそこで待つことができます。部屋はとても清潔で、部屋からの景色を頼めば、とても素敵な景色が楽しめます。私は3回滞在しましたが、それぞれ違う部屋でした。キッチン付きと2ベッドルーム、そしてキッチン付きのスタジオです。どの部屋も気に入りました。また、このエリアのキッチン付きホテルのアパートにしては、料金がとても手頃です。最後に、スタッフはとても親切でした。別の部屋が必要な場合、彼らは私たちを助けてくれます。メルボルン市内での滞在には非常にお勧めです。

Rooms were clean and aired as you would expect but the most pleasing aspect was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Clean, good service but nobody cleaned our room and was left very messy also noisy because of construction next to the hotel.

Nice hotel especially its strategic location, friendly service and clean and modern rooms as well. the drawbacks are that the rooms are small and the view is covered by tall buildings, besides that there are a lot of construction work which makes uncomfortable

Had most unforgettable experience during my stay. They upgraded my room to Apartment for free and I got a discount for WiFi services. The location is perfect, near to almost everything you’ve been looking for. Totally consider to stay again here when I get back to Melbourne

wifi service was provided but chargeable with AUD 10 per 1 GB.This is a basic essential service that the hotel should look into it. When we make our booking it says we can get wifi But when we are at the hotel the staffs we approach keep says no. We are disappointed with it.
