Wifiと駐車場が無料、朝食付で必要なものはそろっていて良かった。施設は自然の中にあり、朝の景色は気持ちがよかった。予約時のメールもしくは予約表を持参していなかったが、Wifi無料だったので、そのメールを転送して対応してくれた。Hotels.comからの予約連絡か情報が上手く伝わっていなかったようなので、改善をお願いしたい。そのような状況下だったが受付の女性が親切で機転を利かせて対応してくれよかった。チェックイン後は安心して宿泊できた。車さえあればショッピングセンターがあるので買い物は不自由しないが門限があるので注意。また泊まりたい。

Mixed. Very convenient place to stay but almost impossible to get hold of anyone by phone or text if you have a question after booking or need to inform them of late arrival due to traffic problems. The few staff actually on site were however lovely people and couldn't be more helpful but just weren't given resources to deal with issues such as a broken kettle, faulty vending machine or request for an iron later in the evening (last two witnessed not experienced personally). Twin room very small (photo rather misleading) and tight to get around but shower good and bed comfortable. Tip to others would be to arrive early in case of issues as that is the only time you'll get to speak directly to someone.

I stayed sue to work and it was fine for a few nights stay. Comfy bed tea and coffee facilities. Free parking! Very safe and you can use the gym

The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and was full of what looked like used sanitary towels

No toilet bit for toilet to flush

a very basic accommodation, the rooms are adequate and shower is hot. the area is safe and you have the lake to walk around. Bring snacks and drinks as difficult to get on site. my only real complaint is the walls in the single rooms are very thin.

Comfortable , quiet and clean. Difficult to get to without a car. Very good for the price. Still disappointed that you stopped doing breakfast

had everything I needed for a quick nights stay, really enjoyed it, the kettle made great hot water and I had two excellent cups of tea. perfect, used the GYM as well then had a great walk in the morning.
