GREAT hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh, nice and professional service specially the lounge staff. breakfast OK. super deluxe room. amazing swimming pool view but little too small. anyway, we will come back for sure.

The breakfast is so lousy compared to my stay 2 years ago. Quantity was so little. Almost no choices and there was no refill after 8.30. Fortunately the room is clean.

Good hotel, good staff, good experience

Hotel ini sangat sesuai untuk keluarga dari segi layanan staf, kemudahan bilik, makanan dan lokasi yang menarik.

Untuk semuanya oke, view kolam berenang cantik.

Untuk lokasi, kebersihan cukup baik. Namun kami terkunci 2 kali di dalam kamar dan terpaksa staf hotel masuk dari balkon untuk membongkar kunci pintu yang rusak. Cukup kecewa karena tidak ada permintaan maaf dari hotel dan kami menunggu sekitar 1 jam baru ada keputusan ganti kamar.

Sebenarnya oke untuk kebersihan dan fasilitas, tetapi kunci kamar saya rusak dan kami terkunci di dalam kamar. Terpaksa team hotel masuk dari balkon. So far sih oke, lokasinya strategis.

One thing I want to complain is my room key there are two at that time, one key is on me and one key is in the receptionist, so it seems very uncomfortable.
