The hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed some updates, cracked tiles, dirty grout. The continental breakfast was terrible. We were hoping to grab some fruit, a banana or apple. There was only a bowl of canned fruit cocktail that was sitting out on the counter not appealing at all.

The property was good, but the staff at the cafeteria for breakfast we’re not friendly and cooperative

I emailed them twice (including within an hour of my 4am checkout) about an item I left in the room. No response, very disappointing

For the price it's not to bad. Interior definitely dated. For the area the price is pretty good. If you don't have a vehicle, it's not really convenient to walk anywhere.

The rooms are outdated. Some rooms have been modernized, but some are still carrying extremely old and outdated furniture. There is a lot of parking on site at no cost. The thermostat in my room was super old. I had to dig my thumb into the button to change the temperature. The staff, specifically in the breakfast area, are extremely rude. They have a silly rule that you cannot take breakfast back to your room. The reason was, “it can cause ants and isn’t hygienic”. I advised them that, this is no different than me bringing food from outside and eating in the comfort of my hotel room. They also do not clean rooms every day. Amenities wise - good hotel. Just outdated. Front desk staff are good. But the lady in the breakfast area, pathetic.

Hôtels bien situés Rapport qualité-prix correct. Près de l'autoroute donc beaucoup de bruit a l'extérieur mais a l'intérieur on entend pas trop. Le déjeuner inclus style buffet continental correct. Le personnel est sympathique et polie. Je recommande cet hôtels lorsque vous avec de la route a faire et voulez vous reposer un peu avant de partir puisqu'il est bien situés pour repartir en plus d'avoir le déjeuner de moins a planifier après votre départ.

Éviter la chambre 116! Odeur de gaufre des 6h45 tellement intense que ça réveille. Et pourtant j’aime bien le sucré d’habitude mais pas quand ça te réveille. Malheureusement rien n’a été fait de la part de la réception lorsque je les ai informé

Hôtel très bien situé pour une nuit de passage à Montréal, mais son intérêt pour sa localisation s’arrête là. Très propre et bien entretenu; les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées. La qualité de l’image de la télé est analogue des années 90, autrement dit pourrie. Le déjeuner est correct, bien varié et du bon café.

Bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy. Ample space in parking. I was disappointed by the very small size of the exercise room.
