The employee, Zakariya, is a liar and sold me a one-bedroom apartment for four adults, even though I had already made a reservation, and he's blaming Expedia. He's a thief who first claimed there were no two-bedroom apartments, then took $61 in change when I showed Expedia that there were two. He constantly uses examples to justify his actions. My complaint to Expedia is this: remove this hotel from your system because they are liars, thieves, and dishonest enough to sell a one-bedroom apartment for four adults. Don't sell this hotel.
