The receptionists were so kind for me! They booked / arranged the 2 private tours for me to visit northern and southern outskirts of Beirut, recommended some of supreme restaurants in the city, and told me how to enjoy the city! Especially one of the female receptionist was so nice (I didn’t hear the name...she had the nameplate of trainee, but her knowledge and hospitality was far above than those of trainee :) I regret I couldn’t say my thank you...) The place of the hotel is walking distance from both old city centre (Including Mosque, Rome ruins, Beirut Souks) and Rue Gouraud (Gemmayzeh area, which has many restaurants or bars like local, Italian, and Japanese). So convenient location! Besides, during my stay Uber was very convenient. Local taxi have no meter, so we should negotiate the price with driver each time and have to pay in cash...I think those thing are very hard for travelers, but Uber is very comfortable, because the prices are fixed in advance, pay in USD by credit card, and we don’t have to pay drivers directly. It’s very simple! Anyway, again I had a very nice stay there and hope to visit again :) Thank you so much!!!!!

Mustafa the bell boy was very nice and he proceeded with the check in procedures and made everything soo fast because the receptionist was so busy, smooth check in friendly people and the room service is good and fast although there wasn’t food at night, a snack or a salad could be nice or a cold sandwich but the beers are 24 hours which is good. The suite is very clean all the time

I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel and I would not recommend it for anyone who cares about their health. I booked to stay for five days and was barely able to sleep through the first night due the mold issues in the AC vents. I had a sensitivity reaction and couldn’t breath properly, so I had to check out if the hotel earlier than the end of my stay. The receptionist was trying to convince me that black mold is a normal AC condition that did not affect health in any way. I have requested a refund for the rest of my stay and the receptionist told me that I had to contact Expedia and talk to them about the refund. When Expedia agents spoke with the hotel they refused the refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests nor do they understand the effects of mold on health. Not recommended at all, there are better hotels in Beirut that are new and clean and will not cause any respiratory issues.

I had a wonderful stay at Saifi Suites, Beirut. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. An added bonus is the balcony. The staff is friendly. The location is in the downtown area and there are restaurants and shops close by.

Right in the centre of town. Good for sightseeing and local restaurants and bars.

Everything was perfect, the facility the staff and the breakfast.We asked for an upgrade since we have VIP access and they welcomed us in the business suite.

Tools are old a little bit

I recently booked a night at the Saifi Suite as I needed it for an overnight transit flight. When we arrive at the hotel, they don’t even let us in the lobby because we have our two small dogs with us. They don’t have the courtesy to help find another establishment but keep us outside in the cold while we find another nearby hotel. Regardless of their pet policy, they should be ashamed of themselves and their staff rudeness (from the receptionist to the manager) the least thing they can do was let us in the lobby considering we had just landed after a 5 hours flight and let us search for a new place in comfort.
