受付にいる人達、レストランがとても親切。 雨の日も隣の小さなショッピングモールまでほとんど濡れずに行ける。部屋の空調が温度低めで寒かった。

スタッフの方が大変丁寧の対応をして下さり快適に過ごす事ができました。レストランスタッフは好みの食事を把握してくださっていて2回目の利用の時はアドバイス下さいました。

朝食がついているのがありがたい。

All the staff were excellent! We stayed in a pet room and they were very accommodating to our request for a secluded room for everyone’s comfort! The room was immaculate and comfortable, the area was close to amenities and the breakfast in the morning had a vast variety of food! Great place and decent price!

The room was clean and was the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some staff were not helpful. Front desk woman who checked me in was great however. Breakfast opened too late to be useful for ppl travelling on business. Overall a very basic hotel and was ok, but I won’t try to come back.

Parking in a mall lot away from hotel entrance. Hot tub out of order. Made to wait while room was checked on checkout. Windows in room were filthy.

Cons: old coast hotel. Expected better from a Coast chain. Booked because they had a hot tub. Hot tub was not working, no compensation awarded. No A/C(if you can pay for a $200+ dison fan, you can get a unit that cools). Shallow tub and small bathroom. Need more updates. Positives: not too bad of price. Buffet hot breakfast was nice. Free parking (probably because they use a strip mall parking lot).

Great downtown location and easy to walk everywhere. No air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was good. Pet friendly was a bonus too. Room was clean but small but I was just there for one night.

We used to stay at another hotel and for medical travel we were placed at DI and honestly since then we have switched hotels. The rooms are great, beds are comfy, staff is great! Breakfast is amazing!!

The room we stayed in (101) was great in terms of size and overall condition. Our only issue was that there was a door just outside our room that kept getting slammed shut - I believe it was a luggage storage room or something like that. Breakfast was great and appreciated. The bed does sag towards the middle, but overall the stay was good. Thank you.

There was a large group checking un when we arrived. We had to leave and come back, as everyone at the front desk was helping and 1 coild not stop just to process our checkin. Was a bit tight for us getting to our event, and would have been very helpful had 1 of the front desk people been able to help us.

The rooms bed was not clean, under the pillows there was hair. Other than that it was a good stay. They wanted to give me a free meal on my next stay, but being from Newfoundland i will be a long time before returning.

It was a good stay overall. I was disappointed that there was not EV charging station in the hotel parking lot. I had checked prior to booking and was told there was.
