Everything was pretty good, staff , Breakfast but what was worse I had to wait until 9h30 , 10 pm to get access to AC and the weather was 85 , 86 degrees.

The room was super clean and the place itself is nice. The one complaint is no air until late and then it was on for only a few hours. Also, if you don't speak Kreyol you're definitely in trouble lol but the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

Staff was nice and responded well to issues that were addressed..However, once you get to your room, there was no air conditioning and television didn’t work most of the time.

Rien à apprécier. Pas d'électricité, images projetées par Expedia totalement fausse par rapport à la réalité, des canapés salles, la chambre n'était pas du tout confortable. J'ai dû passer la nuit dans un autre hôtel: Confort hôtel. C'est très mauvais de mentir au client. On doit me rembourser mes 241 $, pour la nuit du 17 au 18 avril 2026 au Cap Haitien. No air conditioning, they advertised air conditioning but it was a fan only

It is a great pleasure to stay one week at the Hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly, the TV connection at bedroom work for one channel. Althought all, the hospitality was warmest 👍

The air-conditioning was only overnight.

There was no air conditioning for the day, at night they only turned it on for few hours. Some of the staff were nice, but the manager weren’t very nice, there was no amenities, no fridge, cheap toilet papers, for breakfast there was no options it’s whatever they cook, if you don’t want it, you stay hungry. Bad experience

AC is turned on each evening for several hours, making sleep more than comfortable! The staff here are simply incredible. I was meant to stay all of 2 nights when I arrived. Travel challenges changed, and 10 days later I am still here and comfortable - treated like family and cared for by everyone working here. It's clean, comfortable, and located in a really good area for walking around and exploring. Highly recommend this hotel! They are hospitality, defined.

Air conditioning was not available during day and only available in the middle of the night.

It is very comfortable and accommodating. Staff treated me like family! In a good walking distance to lots of things.

The rooms are outdated and small. Balcony view is not worth the money as we basically overlooed the bust street below with lots of traffic. Television doesnt work. The bathroom door didnt close (seemed lSubmitarger that it was intended). They turn the AC on at 9pm... although then cut it off around2, it was HOT! The staff was nice.
