フレンドリーに対応して頂けました。 部屋も広く、クリーンでした。 シャワールームもガラス張りで、バスタブはありませんが十分満足です。 廊下に多くの絵を飾っており、雰囲気もとても良かったです。 朝食のコーヒーにも絵を書いてくれて、サービスの細さを感じました。 またローマに行く際は利用したいです。

ホテルを通して空港からホテルまでの交通手段（ハイヤー）を依頼していたが、飛行機の到着が遅れる事が分かった。ホテルからもらっていたメールに書いてあった連絡先に電話をしたが、自分は対応できないと言われたので、ホテルに連絡をした。すると、すぐにハイヤーに連絡をしてくれた。空港に到着後、なんどか自身の携帯に電話が入っていることに気づき、かけ直したところ、ホテルのひとが心配して電話をくれたことが分かった。ホテルの外装は古いが、中は完全にモダンに改装されていて、居心地がたいへん良かった。イタリアでこれまで泊まったホテルは狭いシャワーで苦労したが、このホテルのシャワーブースはどこのホテルよりも広い。バスタブはないが、普段からお湯につからない人には全く問題ない。 このホテルが面しているVia Nazionaleという通りは、目玉となる観光スポットはないものの、コロッセオやフォロ・ロマーナなどに歩いていける距離である。さらにこの通りと周辺の路地には商店やレストランが多数あり、観光地近くのお店と比べてもかなり安い。たとえば、ベネチア広場に近いカフェのエスプレッソは2ユーロしたが、このホテルの近くのバーでは0.9ユーロであった。また、婦人服もいい品質のものが15ユーロから50ユーロくらいで売られていた。それほど人も多くなく、ゆったりとした気分でショッピングができる場所である。ホテルの朝食はサラダ、果物、パン、シリアル、ケーキといろんな種類のものが並んでいて、5泊しても飽きることがなかった。 部屋は2人部屋にエキストラベッドを入れてもらったので、少し窮屈になったが、スーツケースを開くくらいのスペースはあった。値段の割りには品質の高いホテルだと思う。

The Trevi Palace Hotel is a small family owned boutique hotel that is centrally located to many of Rome’s famous sites. The staff is outstanding! Martino works days and will help you with planning all the activities you want experience, along with some ideas he thinks you’d enjoy. He’ll plot out your day/night experiences on a map of the city. Kristela works the late afternoon and night shift and will do anything to make sure you feel safe & and have a fun night life. I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!

Very convenient location , basically walkable to everywhere . Be mindful that the room is not at the same place where you check in , you might have to walk a little bit , and the building has no elevator, so carrying your luggages is a must. Last but not least, internet is not good .

Had a balcony room which was great. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Only negative was room was small compared to US standards.

Premier séjour à Rome au Trévi Palace Hôtel et nous avons été très satisfait à la fois de sa localisation proche de la fontaine de Trévi, du colisée, à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la gare Termini. Nous avons apprécié aussi, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et service au top Je recommande vivement cet établissement !!

Great location, staff were brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful, happy to give advice regarding places to go and how to get there. Rooms were clean, breakfast had plenty of choice and service was friendly and quick. Second time we have been here and would certainly go back

We loved our stay here! The staff were all so kind and helpful in every way! The room was a bit small and we wished there was a vanity in the bathroom but other than that we loved our stay here! Proximity of property is perfectly located!

Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.
