フレンドリーに対応して頂けました。 部屋も広く、クリーンでした。 シャワールームもガラス張りで、バスタブはありませんが十分満足です。 廊下に多くの絵を飾っており、雰囲気もとても良かったです。 朝食のコーヒーにも絵を書いてくれて、サービスの細さを感じました。 またローマに行く際は利用したいです。

ホテルを通して空港からホテルまでの交通手段（ハイヤー）を依頼していたが、飛行機の到着が遅れる事が分かった。ホテルからもらっていたメールに書いてあった連絡先に電話をしたが、自分は対応できないと言われたので、ホテルに連絡をした。すると、すぐにハイヤーに連絡をしてくれた。空港に到着後、なんどか自身の携帯に電話が入っていることに気づき、かけ直したところ、ホテルのひとが心配して電話をくれたことが分かった。ホテルの外装は古いが、中は完全にモダンに改装されていて、居心地がたいへん良かった。イタリアでこれまで泊まったホテルは狭いシャワーで苦労したが、このホテルのシャワーブースはどこのホテルよりも広い。バスタブはないが、普段からお湯につからない人には全く問題ない。 このホテルが面しているVia Nazionaleという通りは、目玉となる観光スポットはないものの、コロッセオやフォロ・ロマーナなどに歩いていける距離である。さらにこの通りと周辺の路地には商店やレストランが多数あり、観光地近くのお店と比べてもかなり安い。たとえば、ベネチア広場に近いカフェのエスプレッソは2ユーロしたが、このホテルの近くのバーでは0.9ユーロであった。また、婦人服もいい品質のものが15ユーロから50ユーロくらいで売られていた。それほど人も多くなく、ゆったりとした気分でショッピングができる場所である。ホテルの朝食はサラダ、果物、パン、シリアル、ケーキといろんな種類のものが並んでいて、5泊しても飽きることがなかった。 部屋は2人部屋にエキストラベッドを入れてもらったので、少し窮屈になったが、スーツケースを開くくらいのスペースはあった。値段の割りには品質の高いホテルだと思う。

I chose it because of its central location to all the sights worth seeing Trevi, Pantheon Coliseum all worth it. It was great Kris at the front desk was the best took care of our luggage situation when it was delayed. Brought 5 large luggage’s to our room. I didn’t really stay for the accommodations we needed a room to get cleaned up and sleep after endless walking in the heat and two tours of Rome and the Vatican. It served the need nicely never tried the breakfast wanted to experience all Rome culinary offerings. It’s a 3 Star hotel so they don’t change your towels often or at all but we only stayed 4 days and we were out everyday. It’s was a nice stay overall.

The room was not what was represented in the pictures. There was no one on the property at night to help us. We couldn’t get the drawer open to find the blankets, there were no amenities. There was a drawing of a naked man on the shower wall. There was mold on the sink. The room smelled of mold. When we arrived the windows were open but that didn’t get rid of the smell. We only stayed one night. I feel we should receive a full refund. We checked out after one night, the desk person told us our housekeeper is very good. But offered nothing. She said we gave you the family suite. It was very dirty.

We were in the annex but it was still very close to the front desk and breakfast area. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for walking to many destinations.

The staff was great and the location was good. The room was a little dated and a little tight for 5pcs but we had no issues with the hotel or the room.

The staff were exceptional. We missed our connection and arrived late after the front desk shut down and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to find and get into our room. Fabulous team.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trevi Palace Hotel. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful, especially Martino at the front desk. Our room was perfect for what we needed and enough space to get ready for the day, along with an amazing location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.

The staff were great and so friendly. It is in a great location in walking distance to all amenities. We had a great 4 day stay. If we ever come back to Rome we would stay here.

The room is nothing special but it was clean and is in a great location. It”s within walking distance of most of the main sites and the area seemed very safe. Also, the staff was very welcoming.

Equipe atenciosa mas hotel poderia ter condições melhores. O elevador fica do outro lado, um pouco confuso e dá uma sensação de insegurança. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Mas é hotel bom.

The property was very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great! We were within a 10-15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. We were also close to great restaurants and a delicious gelato place.
