フレンドリーに対応して頂けました。 部屋も広く、クリーンでした。 シャワールームもガラス張りで、バスタブはありませんが十分満足です。 廊下に多くの絵を飾っており、雰囲気もとても良かったです。 朝食のコーヒーにも絵を書いてくれて、サービスの細さを感じました。 またローマに行く際は利用したいです。

ホテルを通して空港からホテルまでの交通手段（ハイヤー）を依頼していたが、飛行機の到着が遅れる事が分かった。ホテルからもらっていたメールに書いてあった連絡先に電話をしたが、自分は対応できないと言われたので、ホテルに連絡をした。すると、すぐにハイヤーに連絡をしてくれた。空港に到着後、なんどか自身の携帯に電話が入っていることに気づき、かけ直したところ、ホテルのひとが心配して電話をくれたことが分かった。ホテルの外装は古いが、中は完全にモダンに改装されていて、居心地がたいへん良かった。イタリアでこれまで泊まったホテルは狭いシャワーで苦労したが、このホテルのシャワーブースはどこのホテルよりも広い。バスタブはないが、普段からお湯につからない人には全く問題ない。 このホテルが面しているVia Nazionaleという通りは、目玉となる観光スポットはないものの、コロッセオやフォロ・ロマーナなどに歩いていける距離である。さらにこの通りと周辺の路地には商店やレストランが多数あり、観光地近くのお店と比べてもかなり安い。たとえば、ベネチア広場に近いカフェのエスプレッソは2ユーロしたが、このホテルの近くのバーでは0.9ユーロであった。また、婦人服もいい品質のものが15ユーロから50ユーロくらいで売られていた。それほど人も多くなく、ゆったりとした気分でショッピングができる場所である。ホテルの朝食はサラダ、果物、パン、シリアル、ケーキといろんな種類のものが並んでいて、5泊しても飽きることがなかった。 部屋は2人部屋にエキストラベッドを入れてもらったので、少し窮屈になったが、スーツケースを開くくらいのスペースはあった。値段の割りには品質の高いホテルだと思う。

The property was very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great! We were within a 10-15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. We were also close to great restaurants and a delicious gelato place.

Didn't eat the breakfast but saw them serving the same pastries 4 days in a row that were left covered but in the open. Definitely not fresh food.

I loved to staying in their.The place is very clean, they offer a free WI-FI and the towels they change daily and close all the tourist spot,

wifi worked well. breakfast was excellent (we had it included). room was fine but badly needed options to hang things in room and especially bathroom. bed was comfortable. location is fantastic.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the location is perfect. Far enough to avoid tourist trips but close enough to walk to everything (Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps). Bus stop right outside to take you to Vatican or the Roma Termini train station. Room was cleaned every day and balcony was cute.

Staff was excellent and communication was stellar from the time I made my reservation. Location worked perfectly, short walk to so much history, and close to the Rome Marathon start.

Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation centrally located with friendly, helpful staff. A lovely place to stay when visiting Rome.

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent. A wide variety. AC was fine. They kept it at about 76F, which is a little warm for us, but we were able to open the window for some fresh air. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a family room since we are a family of 5. It was great and everyone had somewhere to sleep. The area of the hotel was safe. The hotel staff was super friendly. It is a boutique hotel with less than 15 rooms. They didn't have any conditioner so if you have long hair consider bringing your own.

Wonderfully friendly staff and great location for seeing the main sites in the centre of Rome. They were happy to store our suitcases after check-out so that we could collect later. We stayed in the annex towards the back of the building and found it very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect - basically a 10-20 minute walk from most of the key sites in Rome city center with the exception of the Vatican. The staff were kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable and quite roomy for a European hotel. We added the breakfast - good food and very convenient to eat before morning activities. There was a fair amount of street noise which is understandable in a city center, but we were so exhausted that it did not impact our sleep at all. This was a great find and I highly recommend this property.

The ebookers website has incorrect information about the hotel's services (bathrobes). But otherwise the hotel is good, really friendly staff and the breakfast fills your stomach. But the breakfast is always the same.

The rooms were nice for the price point. The beds were small twins which wasn’t great for adults but the room and bathrooms were a good size for Europe. The breakfast (extra cost) offered a good variety of food and the fresh squeezed orange food was a highlight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part of the hotel was the location, with so much of Rome within a mile and a fairly easy walk. There was also a Taxi stand around the corner. This would have been a great hotel for my 30-year-old body but I find that my 55-year-old body needs more a supportive bed, particularly when walking 6-8 miles each day!

Very good communication from the staff and an exceptionally clean room. Everything was well organized, and the stay was comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel
