スタッフは素晴らしく、特に朝食・夕食ビュッフェのスタッフは素晴らしかったです。 朝食はとても美味しかったです。夕食は種類が少なく、値段に見合っていないように感じました。しかし、スタッフとシェフは準備万端で、素早く、そしてボリュームたっぷりの料理を提供してくれました。全体的に素晴らしいホテルです。ただ、私が宿泊した日は富士山は全く見えませんでした。

朝食エリアから富士山の素晴らしい景色が見えます。富士山が見える部屋を予約する必要はないと思います。古いホテルですが、よく手入れされています。

ホテル内にはシャトルバスもあり、富士急バスも乗り入れできるのでとても便利なホテルです。

富士山の美しいパノラマビューを楽しめる、とても素敵なホテルです。お部屋は広々としており、アメニティも充実しています。立地も非常に便利です。富士急行に隣接し、無料シャトルバス、セブンイレブン、レストラン、スーパーマーケット、高速バス停も近くにあります。冬季には河口湖冬花火大会への無料シャトルバスも運行しています（フロントで事前予約が必要）。全体的にとても満足のいく滞在でした。朝食は素晴らしく、料理も美味しかったです。スタッフはとても親切で、英語でのコミュニケーションも可能です。

とても気に入りました。富士急ハイランドに直接アクセスできます。入場無料です。朝と午後に温泉が無料です。朝食メニューはまあまあでしたが、レストランからの富士山の眺めは格別でした。ホテルの部屋は清潔で、2人で泊まるにはちょうどいい広さでした。アメニティはブルガリア製のシャンプーや石鹸などです。

Service great. Receptionist can speak English. Bell desk ok. Onsen good. Like it so much. Different building with hotel. Breakfast good. Very near from Fujiq highland and Thomas land. Room simple. Have bathtub.

This hotel is amazing, from Arrival till departure we experienced a great service, even some problem happen they did handle it nicely to solve the problems. The view of mount Fuji 🗻 are amazing from the rooms windows. The lobby a lot of chairs for people to wait , chat relaxing 😌. Breakfast 😉 amazing .

We had very deep impression to stay here.. the location is very near with the Highland Park. And we had 2 onsen vouchers daily...the food is good. We enjoyed it so much

Had the most pleasant stay here. While it is only a 3 star hotel, we really felt like we were staying at 5 star hotel. The check in process, the hospitality, the food, hotel facilities. Perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
