総合評価とレビュー Hotel Plaza de Armas Cusco

クスコに2泊しました。 こちらで1泊→マチュピチュへ1泊→こちらに戻り1泊です。 同じホテルに戻ることでスーツケースを預かってもらえ、マチュピチュにはリュック1つで行くことが出来ました。 また、マチュピチュへ向かう日は早朝発だった為、モーニングboxも準備していただき、peru railの電車の中で食べることが出来ました。 ホテルで朝食を食べる日は、アルマス広場が一望できるテラスにて頂きました。 清々しい朝の空気と美味しい朝食が最高でした！ ペルーのホテルはあまりすぐにお湯が出ないホテルもありましたが、こちらは比較的すぐお湯が出るので助かりました。

Very nice location but a little noisy at night

街の中心部、アルマス広場を前に二階テラスでの朝食は贅沢なひと時。屋上から見た夜景も素晴らしい。立地はとても良かったです。残念な所は部屋が狭かった事、シャワーの水がドアから漏れてしまう事、廊下の声、隣の部屋の壁が薄いと思われる点です。

食事にも街歩きにも便利そうだと思い、アルマス広場に面したホテルを選びました。マチュピチュへ向かう前泊と戻ってきてから利用しましたが、荷物を預かってくれたり、クスコの空港まで迎えに来てくれたりと、使い勝手の良いホテルでした。

Great location. Had a trouble with checking in. I dont need a visa to travel Peru with my passport. But the front desk lady insisted for me to provide a proof of immigration? saying that she can’t find me on the system and it means my immigration status is not valid. She also called me twice and yelled at me through the phone that this will affect entire hotel so I need to bring that paperworks ASAP. I went to the front desk and found out she put a wrong passport number, it took me literally one minute to find out what was wrong. No apologies for getting yelled at. This was very unpleasant experience. Also some rooms are on the same floor as the coffee shop and the middle door doesnt completely sound proof. Room was a bit small but nice and clean.

Location was unmatched. Located right on Plaza de Armas. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. Safe at all hours. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a roof top terrace no one used that was a great place to relax.

O hotel fica na melhor localização possível em Cusco, defronte à Plaza de Armas. É excelente hospedar-se a poucos passos das principais atrações da cidade. O entorno do hotel é sempre muito movimentado e seguro. O salão em que é servido o café da manhã tem uma vista sensacional da praça. É muito agradável começar o dia assim. O café da manhã é bastante satisfatório. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. O hotel guardou as nossas malas enquanto passamos uma diária em Aguas Calientes, o que foi muito gentil. O preço é compatível com o serviço ofertado.

Located in central Cusco facing Plaza de Armas. Walking distance to sights, shopping and dining options. Restaurant & bar which overlooks Plaza de Armas, has a good range of food and drink options and an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. During festivals, Plaza de Armas is the centre of the celebration and the party goes late into the evening. Be prepared to participate, not quiet. My stay included the four day Inti Rymi festival celebrating the June 24 Solstice.

Family in front of me decided they needed to ask every possible question re the City and receptionist was too polite to suggest alternatives to holding up line waiting to check in.

El hotel está muy bien hubicado en el mismo centro, todo está cerca, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, gracias por mis maravillosas vacaciones

Ótima localização bem confortável

Localização espetacular, na Plaza de Armas, onde estão muitas das atrações históricas de Cusco. Muitos restaurantes por perto. E dali saem todos os passeios turísticos.

The best location, everything around you, helpful stuff, very friendly people, nice view from hotel balcony, nice food.

Everything about this hotel is nice. Service, cleaningness, location, complementary breakfast. It makes me feel home everytime. If you stay in town after check-out they keep your suitcases and let you access it as many times as you need. Highly recommended!
