クスコに2泊しました。 こちらで1泊→マチュピチュへ1泊→こちらに戻り1泊です。 同じホテルに戻ることでスーツケースを預かってもらえ、マチュピチュにはリュック1つで行くことが出来ました。 また、マチュピチュへ向かう日は早朝発だった為、モーニングboxも準備していただき、peru railの電車の中で食べることが出来ました。 ホテルで朝食を食べる日は、アルマス広場が一望できるテラスにて頂きました。 清々しい朝の空気と美味しい朝食が最高でした！ ペルーのホテルはあまりすぐにお湯が出ないホテルもありましたが、こちらは比較的すぐお湯が出るので助かりました。

Very nice location but a little noisy at night

街の中心部、アルマス広場を前に二階テラスでの朝食は贅沢なひと時。屋上から見た夜景も素晴らしい。立地はとても良かったです。残念な所は部屋が狭かった事、シャワーの水がドアから漏れてしまう事、廊下の声、隣の部屋の壁が薄いと思われる点です。

食事にも街歩きにも便利そうだと思い、アルマス広場に面したホテルを選びました。マチュピチュへ向かう前泊と戻ってきてから利用しましたが、荷物を預かってくれたり、クスコの空港まで迎えに来てくれたりと、使い勝手の良いホテルでした。

Great staff

Perfect location for Cusco! The views were amazing, location was conveniently facing the Plaza de Armas - main square of the city. Breakfast was a continental breakfast spread. So many things to recommend this place (including the staff who was so helpful) but if you're looking for quiet, consider somewhere else. Because of its central location you can hear the nightlife going on around you and if there are public demonstrations/celebrations you'll be right in the action.

House keeping missed my room one day

Such a beautiful property in the most perfect location. Safe to walk to the markets, shopping, great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Staff were nice and welcoming

Todo me pareció excelente pero lo que mas me gusto fue la atención del personal. Sobre todo las personas que te ayudan con tu check-in.

Great location and hotel. Rooms are a little bit loud due to location, but I would stay here again.

The best option, because is the perfect point to travel around Cusco, the food at the restaurant is delicious plus the view from the hotel restaurant

Great location. Had a trouble with checking in. I dont need a visa to travel Peru with my passport. But the front desk lady insisted for me to provide a proof of immigration? saying that she can’t find me on the system and it means my immigration status is not valid. She also called me twice and yelled at me through the phone that this will affect entire hotel so I need to bring that paperworks ASAP. I went to the front desk and found out she put a wrong passport number, it took me literally one minute to find out what was wrong. No apologies for getting yelled at. This was very unpleasant experience. Also some rooms are on the same floor as the coffee shop and the middle door doesnt completely sound proof. Room was a bit small but nice and clean.
