Room is spacious and of good quality and maintainence. Good to refill minibar always. However they still have the rule of no outside food. Pandemic is over, and should be considered to be removed. Choice of food at COD not as much but nearby mall has many more choices.

Thanks to Front Desk staff for welcoming us! I enjoyed our stay very much with a free room upgrade and complimentary cake for my post birthday celebration. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and rate the property 9 of 10. Though I have not given the chance to maximize the pool due to closure on our first day. Overall, my experience at Hyatt Manila City of Dreams is superb!

Had a very pleasant stay. All my requests were given. I'm impressed with how hospitable and courteous their staff is and in-room dining was great as well.

We had the most pleasant staycation in this hotel. Staff are very nice, service is good. Such a breath of fresh air amidst the pandemic. We’ll surely be back.

While we are waiting our room available, we are waiting at the lobby..we are too tired because we are take night time flight so we are arrive early in the morning..we are so sleepy and we felt a sleep when we sitting on lobby lounge.. and it's amazing it's not allowed...😂

Everything exceeded my expectation except for the check-in procedure. We waited 1.5hr for our room. But the room, pool, resort, boutiques (mall) , casino and breakfast buffet were great!

Awesome staycation experience for the family specially for the kids.

Staffs was good, very accommodating. however, when I checked in, I encountered that the bed sheets has stains. Yes, it was replaced however I find it very inconvenient for a 5 star hotel. Also, their bathrobes has holes! Not a good experience for a 5 star hotel!

The room was great! It was so clean and relaxing.. The hotel staffs are very friendly and very accommodating.. The food was superb!! It was such a great and memorable experience staying at your hotel. Will surely recommend it to my friends and colleagues..
