とにかく利便性よし。駅目の前。数分歩けば数駅に出られる。水回りも清潔。たった１つ改善希望あり。通常使用方法でシャワーヘッド根元から湯の半分以上が漏れ始め、英文にて管理者へ告げた。「直ぐ行きます」と即返信あり感心したが、結局最終日まで来てくれなかった。結果、湯のタンクが直ぐ空になり冬場にかかわらず水シャワーのみとなる。

The exterior and entrance is unkept, with graffiti and semi roken door, as if it has been squatted by homeless in the past. That made me feel unsafe the first time entering the building. Though, otherwise it's safe. Noise from traffic is another issue. Some darker curtain can improve the sleeping conditions. Otherwise, good location

This is the worst stay we booked in our entire euro trip and ended up booking alternative as the stay was too bad

This hotel was a RIOT! Let me first say, would *absolutely* stay here again. Stayed with young kids in summer. Convenient location via subway/bus to train station, zoo/palace (15-min walk to edge of palace grounds), downtown, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood; grocery store just steps away. Had read reviews & knew the exterior of the building did not reflect the quality of the room inside. However, the outside & entrance of this building is SO rough & derelict-looking, that even our Uber driver wasn't sure if he should leave us there alone, after dark, with children. We arrived 9pm, & getting up to our room felt like a scene from a horror movie. There are NO LIGHTS on the outside of the building or in the entrance-way! Pitch black!! Had to use flashlights on our phones, all the way up to the 2nd-floor where our room was located. There is no lobby; received "check-in" instructions via email day before, which involved phoning a number while standing on the dark sidewalk; after 2-3 rings, no one answered, but the door magically clicked open. In thru the entrance, still using flashlights, past graffiti & garbage to a creepy old staircase (no elevator, you ask? HA - they don't even have LIGHTS); located our room on 2nd floor (hooray for hallway lights up there), and key was in lockbox on door. Imagine our surprise when the room was delightfully clean, pleasant, comfortable, welcoming, warm, well-stocked kitchen, with laundry machine! Had a great stay, and made for a great story.

I was disappointed at first, the property is being renovated that we can’t find the number of the building and the condition of the main door is easily can be open by anyone. When we got there it looks like the building is not livable specially the condition of the hall way and it was dark but when we went inside the room, surprisingly it is has two bedrooms with comfortable bed neat and clean.

We found grasshopper and so many insects in that apartment and we were with kids and it was very scary for me. So please consider my report. Second thing Apartment has no any elevator and lift so it was very difficult to go with strollers and kids in that apartment. It was very frustrating. Third thing building number was not visible properly so it was very difficult to find the apartment.

This was a sort of hidden Crystal if you will. Not quite a diamond in the rough, but a clean and very reasonably priced place. I read the reviews about the entrance to the building, and I thought whatever, but it really was quite an under-construction abandoned feel. So be prepared! But the flat was very comfortable, very clean, nice linen and great location with the station so close, also nice and warm considering the cold may weather we had! I did not feel unsafe at all in the area! Even going out alone as a woman. Some random spots on the walls etc but very clean where it counted. And some weird noises from the pilot light sort of re-lighting every 10 mins. But otherwise I would stay here again, ‘cause despite all this, the price and location were great! For 4 people in Vienna, we had everything we needed, quiet at night and clear and easy check in instructions. Thanks :)

Öncelikle burası 1+1 apart daire şeklinde.Daire içinde fırın, ütü, buzdolabı,fırın aklınıza gelebilecek herşey var.Dairenin içi temiz, ve yeni ancak otel genelinde tadilat var.Ortak alanlar çok kötü durumda.Tadilat bittikden sonra düzelir diye düşünüyorum.Otelin konumu mükemmel.Metro durağının hemen yanında.Yakınında ihtiyacınız olan market gibi dükkanlar var.Kısaca değerlendirmek gerekirse diğer konaklama mekanlarına göre fiyat performans olarak değerlendirilebilir.18-20 Nisan 2022

Chodba vedoucí k pokoji byla děsivá, a proto jsme se bály večer někam chodit, vracet se tam tudy večer bychom se opravdu nechtěly. Dům byl v opravě, z okna jsme viděly hlavně lešení. Pokoj byl ale pěkný. V noci jsme slysely sousedy, ale postele byly příjemné a pokud hledáte jen místo především na přespání. Super.

Sehr zentral, neue Einrichtung, schlicht, aber alles vorhanden, sauber, zuverlässig.

The only advantage of the place is that ir is close to a metro station, but is not close to downtown, old building, dark area at night, not recommended for families. Apartment esa not clean, blankets were dirty, heating system did not work out and landlord ese totally no present for us. Communication was terrible, we did not get the info with the apartment and we were waiting half an hour with 2 kids trying to communicate with landlords. Our worst experience in Wien...:(

Great location located less than a minute walk from the tube station. Only 1 stop from one of the main palaces which is beautiful. Inside the apartment was very well finished and very clean.

the building is old but the apartment is nice clean, we went by car so the location suited us and there is a metro and bus close by. shops and parking are close by

Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und jeder Kontakt per E-Mail wurde sehr zügig und freundlich beantwortet. Leider fuhr die U4 nicht Richtung Stadtmitte und wir mussten den Bus nehmen. Was aber kein Problem war. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Anstrich im Appartement wäre mal anzudenken. Da es sehr warm war, hatten wir nachts die Fenster auf. Da war jedoch die Hauptstraße, was sehr laut war. Aber ok, wir waren ja im Stadturlaub😉 Für Stadtbesichtigungen ein prima Startpunkt und für uns als Familie in Wien zu finanzieren! Prima
