部屋が綺麗でした。 夜の10時に空港に着きましたが駅、バスターミナルの近くなので迷う事なく行けました。

家族的な手作り感のあるゲストハウス

同じ建物に中華のレストランがあるようで、入り口は中国語の表示がありました。駅からはほんとにすぐです。私はあまり気にならないのですが、金曜の夜の滞在だったので確かに周辺はうるさかったです。駅から近いことと値段が安いのでここを選びました。以前にも共同のシャワー・トイレを利用したことはありますが、ここはゆっくりシャワーできる雰囲気ではなかったので、シャワーはパスしました。壁は殺風景で何もないのだから、せめて部屋に鏡くらい取り付けてくれたらいいのに・・・前の人がテレビをいじったのか映らなくて修理をしてもらったり、あまり整備はされてないようです。寝るだけならこの部屋で問題はないと思いますが、ゆっくりしたい人にはお薦めできません。

Avoid avoid avoid..! Room dirty - dust everywhere, old pair of trainers left in the room - ever so slighty smelly. Bathroom terrible - dirty, toilet not flushed from previous guest, floor tiles all cracked , shower enclosure mouldy. No where to hang clothes. Kettle was filthy. Window broken and would not shut properly. TV not working. Breakfast was terrible, no meats or cheese etc for continental breakfast, bread, cereal, poor looking croissants. Exterior of building in serious state 9f disrepair.. apart from that everything else was terrible.. A 'home away from home'... only if you live in a skip..!!

Came by train, only good point was it was close to the station. Didnt bother with the breakfast limited choice and didnt look great.

Kirsty, on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Great location easy walking distance to train station, shops, bars, restaurants, castle. Parked at Rose st multi story long term parking which was 7-10 minutes walk away.

Room was clean enough, Staff pleasent, did not sample breakfast and no parking on site.

The accommodation is in a central location, close to everything. The reception person was overall nice and friendly, but we felt we were giving her interested work when sound questions. The room was tidy and relatively clean. They're no provision to put any belongings or hang clothing, which was rather annoying. We pulled everything on the chair. We had a decent bed and towels, which we found nicely folded on the bed, together with a biscuit and...earplugs! There are multiple venues and bars very close to this guest house with very loud music until late, even midweek, and there will be drunken people shouting in the street after. No sleep until it all stops. The bathroom is ok and we had a decent shower. No toiletries though. Breakfast was very underwhelming. The was very low quality, packet pancakes and waffles, some white bread to toast and stale cereal in dirty dispensers, very cheap jam and some pieces of fruit. No coffee, long life juice and a very unhappy receptionist telling punters how grim is winter and how tired she is. Given the price, we expected something better in all areas.

Worst experience we have ever had at any hotel or guest house. USB outlets in room didn't work. Room had an odor. Bathroom fan was covered in thick layers of dust. Lamps didn't have working lightbulbs. Fire alarm went off twice in one night waking us up at 1am. Staff couldn't figure out what was going on and we called Fire Brigade ourselves. We didn't get an apology or explanationn Morning after the entrance hallway was full of animal feces and spread on the wall. One staff member reeked of cigarette smoke and made the entire front desk area smell of smoke. They allow people to just loiter in the entrance drinking and smoking. No protein/eggs at breakfast ever. Just all around terrible experience and would never suggest this place to anyone Location is okay if you want to be in the heart of downtown but parking was several blocks away. It's noisy as you can expect. Very rowdy bars and bus stop directly below room window.

Bedroom ok. Shelf over sink too big. Long black hairs in bathroom. No cooked breakfast. Cereal, bread and packaged croissants

Arrivées sur place avant le check-in à 15h, dépôt de valise à la vue de tous Retour à 15h, 1e chambre avec moquette très sale, la fenêtre ne fermait pas et située à plein pied (froid et insécurité), rideaux délabrés, la personne de l'accueil voulait nous donner des boules quies pour le bruit et fermer les rideaux pour "cacher la m**** au chat" Demandons changement de chambre, arrivées dans la 2e chambre : propreté précaire y compris dans la salle de bain (toiles d'araignées dans tous les coins, traces suspectes vers les wc) et découverte de punaises de lit vivantes se promenant sur l'oreiller ! Avons quitté l'établissement dans l'instant

There was no hot water Stains on the bedding the windows dont close properly. Don’t go there please

The plus: central and close to everything. Nice bathroom. Minus: Bedbugs, not that well cleaned and rather warm down First time catching bedbugs and then i tre led far and wide - many times during the year.

Basic accomodation that is quite good value for money. Very near to main attractions and plenty of nearby dining options. Self service Continental breakfast was perfectly fine.

Pitoyable rien ne fonctionne.

No hot water in the room. Staff said nothing could be done about it. Hotel is located opposite a very loud pub so difficult to sleep. Absolutely awful. Got bedbug bites. Very severe. Resulted in medical attention. I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand because the bedbug infestation has been going on for months. The linen was also dirty. Avoid at all costs.

Location was the only good thing about this place. Shower full of mould, dirty room, no soap, not enuf towels, rat trap & droppings in closet, no pride. They are “renovating” so at least a dozen garbages in hallway. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and like to be frugal but this was next level.

Where do I start? Infestation of bedbugs seems appropriate. Had to leave middle of the night. The bed was crawling. Received no help from staff. There was only a number to call, voice on the other end said there was nothing she could do and that they’d had bedbugs on the ground floor before but never ours (room10). Now having to seek medical help for bites as we are covered. This property is clearly not taking hygiene or fumigation seriously. Horrendous experience. Have reported to environmental health with video and photographic footage.

BREAKFAST WAS FIRST CLASS, SHOP's NEAR BY, UNFORTUNATLY I WAS ON A PRIVATE VIST TO SEE MY SISTER WHO WAS IN HOSPITAL. SORRY DID'NT HAVE TIME TO LOOK ROUND LOCALY.
