Room was clean. Area was quiet. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

We were not made aware when booking that the pool and hot tub were out of service. That was a big part of our plans for our kids. We had to stay one night because everywhere else was completely booked. But they kindly allowed us to cancel our remaining 2 nights and switched hotels. Was a pain switching, but the hotel we switched to was so worth it.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Overall the stay was great! Just a few areas that were not giving the 5 star feeling. The pool deck had some brown spots, although I know it’s “wear and tear” a little sprucing up would make a whole difference. I think the chemicals in the hot tub were a little off, the water was a bit “cloudy”. Upon our departure some painters had set up in the second floor hall as they were going to start their work. Would stay again!

There was construction going on on my floor. The entire floor smelled of industrial/construction glue which left me with a pounding headache. All of the floors made incredible amounts of noise. I could hear it as I walked down the hall and I could hear it from the floor above me. The room was clean but the bathtub had a stain on it that made me change my mind from a bath to a shower. The continental breakfast was served on styrofoam plates with plastic/wooden cutlery and included terrible coffee and clearly rotting fruit.

The rooms should include more, for the hefty price u pay per night. There is only one mirror, and thats in the washroom. I had to wait to dry my hair while my partner was showering. Every hotel room ive been in, has a desk and mirror out in the livingroom space. That was an inconvenience for sure. With the price you pay for the rooms, the pool area should be kept cleaner. There were gross stains around the edge of the pool. Made me want to stay away. Hot tub was extremely hot and comfortable during the day, but cooled off to luke warm in the evenings for some reason.

No towels were at the pool. Pool should be open longer for people who arrive later

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, just a little dated.

The room was good but the water kept dripping in one of the taps in bathroom and they had a firm control on providing cream for complimentary tea and coffee. They kept it under lock and key. Had to ask front end if wanted some. Other than that everything was fine
